We had conjoining rooms that were both very large. The hotel is clearly outdated, but was very clean. Charlie (the manager) was very nice, spoke great English, and was able to check us in early. The blankets were very warm and the beds were comfortable. The heat worked great for us, as did the showers. one shower door was a little broken, but still useable. location was perfect and the hotel was priced well. There was a gentleman painting the hallway walls when we arrived so it seems like they’re attempting the renovate.

Just a little outdated and worn. No parking available, had to park in a nearby garage.

The room was clean, huge, and had a great view. The location was very central with a great selection of good restaurants nearby. Short walk from the Aldstadt (Old Town). There's a very authentic Chinese place called Grandma's kitchen just below the hotel. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. The whole experience was easy - just drop the keys in the box when you leave.

The hotel clearly hadn't been refurbished for a while so the shower enclosure etc was not in great condition but everything was very clean (no mold, fresh towels and sheets). If you like everything to be sparkling and new it might be a problem for you. For me, as long as it is clean a bit of limescale is not a problem. I prefer the furnishings are used until they are completely broken instead of thrown away after 6 months to give a 'like-new' appearance. More sustainable that way.

I am regular customer for the Willy Hotel in Frankfurt. I stay there 3 days every week. I go there regular because the service is best the comunication with the manager is excelent. He is fast, friendly, available all time, he checked if all is well and ready to help and asist if anything is needed. I go to this Hotel because I feel safe there. I must emphasise the kindness with which I was received at this hotel. As I stayed here after coming straight from the airport and having nowhere to leave my bags, since I was going to work in the morning after, the staff promptly suggested I leave the bags there. They were even kind enough to say that I could just leave them in my room after the checkout and they would take care of moving them to a more appropriate place. Service: 10/10

The location is outstanding you are literally 5mins walk from the town center and xmas market! Beds were comfy clean bedding and towels on arrival, staff was available all day and accommodated us with an early check in free of charge. Its not the ritz but if your looking for somewhere safe and clean to lay your head for a night or 2 you cant fault it!

Room did have a slight cigarette smell but nothing too bad

The best location in Frankfurt. The biggest room ever I stayed in. The Guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The Metro station is a 2 min walk and takes you to the main train station in one station. and two stops to the fair.

other than that the hotel is basic. I didn't expect much for a business trip. I just needed the function and location and cleanliness

The location is perfect if you want to explore the city as it is right next to the U-ban station and you can get practically anywhere. There are also many things that are 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hotel also including the bus station for the airport bus. Room was very big and clean, had our own keys for the room and the hotel door if we went out during the night and came back late, staff was very friendly, definitely recommend.

The location was perfect very close to train, bus, light train station. Also very close to attractions, river and restaurants. The reception understood us that we had long night trip and let us check-in early. We appreciated it a lot. Check-in and check-out was easy. Will come back again every time we go to Frankfurt.

The hotel is a building with historical characteristics, the location is excellent, the place you want to play, buy and take the car is accessible for a walk, and the luggage is stored in the hotel, and then it is good to have fun around the train. The guest room is clean and hygienic.

The Hotel is located in the best position of the city. The room is large and i have had also a fantastic balcony with view on one of the most cool street. During the stay it is possible to use fridge, TV and all the utilities. The host is very friendly. The final quality price ratio in perfect.
