This place is so cool! Modern, industry style, there is a roof-top bar, and check-in is self service. I'm from New York, and this place makes me miss home so much. Everything is just as I wanted as an alone traveller. The location is perfect, 1 minutes walk to Chanel and all other big brands, and it can easily get access to anywhere. The bed is comfortable with the TV actually watchable :D, but I don't know German, I hope I can make the bedroom in my home like this.

The ventilation in the room seems not perfect. I stayed 3 nights, and didn't ask for any room cleaning service. The quilt get a bit humid the 3rd night I stay here;

The hotel located in the business center. The location is excellent. Lot’s of restaurants and fancy shops downstairs. And very nice rooftop/garden bar inside. It’s an unusual hotel with easy check in and check out process. The room was very small, but it was very well organized. It was ideal for one night stay, for more i didn’t find a cabinet to put a cloths. The shower made from transparent glass, so if you have guests in your room it can be a problem to take a shower :) In general good hotel to stay for 1-2 nights, special for business trip or to wait between flights

All is good. No cabinet if you plan to stay long

everything about the hotel was great. located near the shopping district, 1 min walk to U/S Bahn, 5-15mins walk to great dining locations we got no complaints. Staff were equally amazing, Alyssa/Alicia took over checking us in when the previous gentleman who weren’t the most fluent in English had challenges assisting us. She is friendly, extremely guest centric providing us with lots of tips and tricks even before we ask or thought of it. Room were clean, chic, fully equipped with all the things you need for a short stay. bathroom amenities are amazing too. this is a highly recommended stay if you don’t need a big room. I am recommending this to my friends for sure.

The hotel deco was quirky and visually appealing. The location couldn't have been better, the city center and all main museums were just a short stroll away. Breakfast was very good too, with a lot of organic produce. We also liked the hotel's environmentally friendly approach.

The rooms were very small and very narrow. I hit my shins a few times trying to squeeze between the bed and the TV to go from one side of the room to the other. Due to the lack of space, the bathroom sink wasn't where the toilet is, but outside in the main room, next to the bed.

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of hotel, but most of all I appreciate the hotels response to the issue I experienced regarding the strong fragrance used in the bedroom. After going to our room and realizing that the smell was intolerable the hotel was apologetic and responded by refunding our entire stay. We were able to locate a different hotel that didn't use fragrance in the rooms and bedding. This is truly how to run a business by being responsive and considerate of a customers needs. So even though we were not able to stay I can rate this hotel with high marks for the things I did notice and for great customer service. Thank you.

The hotel uses very strong fragrance in their bedding and in the hotel rooms. The smell is obnoxious and strong. Whoever the marketing guru all the hotels are listening to about strong fragrance in the bedding and in the soaps etc should be fired. If hotels treat customers kindly and respectfully and pricing is right hotels don't need some gimmick such as fragrance to try and make people like their experience. For allergy and asthma suffers this is a HUGE issue and hotels should be more sensitive. Laying your faces in bedding that is filled with fragrance and breathing it all night isn't healthy. Being forced to breathe the chemicals in the fragrance is no different than having to breathe cigarette smoke.

I liked the terrace of the hotel and the location. I also liked the staff. They were all friendly, especially Leon, who was very much accommodating, and he kept checking if I needed anything! He also helped me in ordering a taxi when I checked out.

I like the hotel in general. However, there are small stuff that can be improved, such as the breakfast quality and variety. The entrance of the hotel is a bit confusing, so it's better to have someone there to assist and help with luggage since there is a stair that takes you to the elevator. There was no water in the room and no telephone.

I originally booked this hotel because I really liked the pictures from the roof terrace and I just saw that it was central. It exceeded my expectations greatly! I really like the concept and the setting of the hotel, our room was small but comfortable, the terrace was beautiful even though it was mostly rainy weather during our stay, right within the old town centre with walking proximity to everything, the roof bar was incredible with amazing cocktails and the stuff was extremely nice and friendly! Highly recommended if you prefer more modern and chill settings!

My friend and I stayed at the Ruby Louise during second stop over in Frankfurt and it was perfect for our needs. Check in at the bar was seamless, the views from the rooftop were great, and the cocktails were delicious and beers; mostly very attentive staff. They are green hotel, if you don´t want housekeeper they give you a drink. we really liked. The location is perfect to explore anywhere in Frankfurt - and wonderful to come back to for the great vibes at the bar. If we lived in Frankfurt, we would go to the Ruby Louise just to go to the bar. You won’t be disappointed.

This was the second time there. We stayed at 1st floor, and there was a bad smeel entering at our room from the shower drain and we put a towel over the drain to stop the smell. We realized that the bad smell was on the elevator´s too, specially at 1st and 2nd floor. However, this is a improvement´s matter or maintenence regular.

The hotel was interesting and welcoming. There were speakers in the room to play music if you wanted, you could borrow a guitar to play for fun, and the amenities in the bathroom were nice. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the decorations, and the comfortable and lovely atmosphere along with the central location and the rooftop patio.

The room shape was a little awkward which made getting in and out of the bathroom and the bed odd and could be a challenge for people with mobility issues.
