Spectacular location on the lake, just stroll out the front door for a beautiful walk or swim on the lakeshore. Lovely pool and view, beautiful spa facility. Breakfast was superb. Bar staff were really fun and entertaining. Room was beautiful and modern and parking very convenient.

We thought our balcony room would be on the lake and were really looking forward to the view, but we missed that 'balcony' does not mean a view of the lake - we had a view of the parking garage. Our mistake. Also, if you don't purchase the full board package that includes dinner, you cannot dine at the restaurant and are sent next door. It was a decent alternative but unexpected.

Our room was dirty when we check-in. We told staff and they only say that tomorrow somebody came to clean that. When the next day came and cleaning was done there was still dirt. Spa was very clean and I don't like that housekeepers were cleaning everything the whole time. Every second somebody was cleaning something when you just try to relax. They even cleaned the windows during the day. Spa and swimpool was only open 10 am - 9 pm. You can't watch stream like Netflix etc.

Very nice breakfast & the spa area was very nice with beautiful views of the lakes and mountains. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Only negative that we experienced was the parking. The hotel has a small amount of parking and there is also public parking but, finding a parking spot proved to be a little bit challenging.

Beautiful large clean rooms with lake view. They have two restaurants Italian and German. Lovely breakfast spread. You need to reserve your parking slot with them prior to check in. The spa and sauna areas are free of charge and are the highlight of the hotel. Loved everything about this place! Wish we had stayed longer!

Big room with coffee maker and balcony, clean, nice small spa, good breakfast, very nice area and location

stuff could be much nicer and more helpful, no gym, the bed is really hard and pillows are neither comfortable

The location is stunning, the beds are super comfortable, the spa facilities are great, really clean and the staff are all really friendly.

Everything was of high quality, the accomodation is beautiful.The wellness is cool!

The communication from the hotel part was very poor.I sent 3 messages regarding covid restrictions that werent answered.I found this odd for a 4-star hotel and quite rude.Considering the price of the room I was also surprised that they charged me extra €10 for parking
