The hotel is perfectly situated and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly at the front desk and could speak almost every language, which impressed me. The breakfast was outstanding. We reserved a parking spot and it was available, which was a nice convenience.

We were disappointed that we had to ask for the soap dispenser in the shower to be refilled and that the batteries in TV remote were not working. We expect more from a hotel at this price. When our AC started dripping someone came immediately to repair it, which was impressive.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Fussen, walking distance from all the restaurants and bus station, ideally situated to visit the castles. The room size was OK for 2 adults and 2 children, we had a normal bed and the children had a sofa bed. The staff were amazing, they were so helpful and friendly. The hotel has a very lovely breakfast restaurant with a fantastic breakfast spread. One of the best in Europe so far. Hotel also had its own underground private car park, which was fantastic

Nothing, liked everything about this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful as we navigated the area. Location was in the heart of Fussen with easy walk to shops and cafe's. It was also only a short drive to Neuschwanstein. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and they set the room up so that each had room to sleep. The room size was great. We set off each morning early so they had the restaurant pack our breakfast "to go" and was ready for pick up before the restaurant was open. The breakfast had everything we needed and then some! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely loved the view of the mountains and town from our room. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really great every morning. Loved the location as it as close walking distance to all the attractions. AC worked great. Adorable little town. Would stay here again if ever I am so lucky to return to this area in Germany!

The elevator to our tower wasn’t reliable so we used the stairs all the time.

The breakfast is amazing, and being able to dine at the restaurant was a plus with a young child (great menu and food was pretty good). The secure car park was also a plus, as we were able to keep the car safe while we didn't really need it as the hotel is well located in the city centre and the Füssen card means you can take a bus for free (which we did to neuschwanstein castle).

TV in the room would benefit from some more international channels

Family room with adequate space for four, honesty the best breakfast we have had in quite sometime (quality and breadth of delicacies offered), the proximity to the Altdtadt and the very nice coffeeshops and restaurants nearby, the proximity to the two landmark castles (Schwangau & Neuschwanstein) and the covered parking (which also was what we did not like)

The very tight parking space that was further frustrating as other tenants, without any regard for other drivers, had parked their cars poorly, leaving thereby limited space to manoeuvre and actually fit in a spot. We had to wait for the next day to find a suitable spot after cars were moved.

The hotel is right in the center but very easily accessible. I was worried about the car park being too small after reading other reviews but I’d size SUV had no issue getting in. The family room was a perfect size for our family of 4, and I loved there was a shower and a bath. most hotels seem to have either/or.

The only disappointment, and it’s my fault not the hotels, is that the spa/sauna area is nude only. my daughter who’d been looking forward to the spa wasn’t comfortable with that so we didn’t get to make use of the spa facilities.

The location of this hotel was excellent being just a few hundred years from the train station and steps from the beginning of the main center of town. Our room had a wonderful patio area where we enjoyed relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was excellent.

We booked a room with two twin beds, which is clearly shown as an option on their listing. This was important as I was traveling with my 12 year old daughter. However, our room was a double bed which could not be separated due to the built in night stands. I would have booked another hotel had I known this would be a problem.

We booked this hotel last minute on our trip to Fussen and were pleasantly surprised. The location is close enough to walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with bus transportation and questions surrounding the castles. The bathroom was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the room was air conditioned. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Family room felt a bit crowded while using the couch bed.

Great location next to the main street (pedestrian area). A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Polite and helpful staff at the reception. Very clean and comfortable room with authentic old-school details. Nice view of the castle and mountains from the window. Good breakfast with traditional Bavarian food and what kids most like - chocolate fountain. Parking in garage available upon reservation. There are also spa and fitness, but we didn't use it.
