We booked a deluxe twin room and were allocated a wheelchair accessible room with plastic seats for shower, extra handles on walls and beside toilet etc. The bathroom light could only be turned on by entering the bathroom and walking up to the sink so unsafe to use the bathroom at night unless we left the light on all night. Restaurant food was excellent but portions too big for one person so we always had to share a dish, even just a salad. Our room had not been cleaned by 330pm even though we had vacated it by 930am We reported it to réception and housekeeping soon arrived.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel in Füssen! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was very close to the old town and within easy walking distance to all the concerts I wanted to attend. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, and warm hospitality made my visit truly unforgettable. I can't wait to return to this fantastic hotel on my next trip to Füssen!

Easy walking distance from the train station would have been bad with rolling luggage. When we arrived it was late do to our train beings late from Munich but the restaurant was still willing to stay open for us to have dinner. The hotel provided a card for free bus rides so we didn’t have to pay to go to the castle. Nice selection of options at breakfast. They do offer luggage storage.

Pillows not firm enough. Maybe the could offer transportation to and from the train station.

Easy to find and good location to explore Fussen and see the famour castles Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice Car PArking was safe and easy to negotiate Room was easily big enough for the four of us, added bonus was that we could (just!) see the castles out of the bedroom window!

Nothing, i was happy with all of it - it isn;t in the middle of town, so we got to stretch our legs for 5 mins as we walked in, some people might not like that

Great stuff, very friendly and professional. This hotel has a nice location - the old town in within short reach on foot. Rooms are good, well-equipped. There is a bar in the lobby with a good selection of drinks. In general, this hotel is very cosy, starting from a lobby where you can sit and relax with a drink and then convenient rooms and excellent personnel.

There was nothing that we did not like. It is a good hotel (location, rooms, stuff, services), offering a great value for paid money.

Spacious room, with fridge, fan, air con double bed. Extra sofa bed for third person. Wardrobe to hang clothes. Provided soft dog blanket for dog to sleep on plus, dog toy, drinking bowl and a well thought through map for dog walks nearby. Very good service 👍. Bathroom had indirect light from hair blower for night toilet visits. Hotel provided real rose petals and nice shapes on bed for partner for her birthday. Very nicely done. For 15€ extra very fair price.

2x heavy fire doors in corridor. Bit annoying to open during dog walk.

Good clean comfortable room with air con and a lovely walk in shower. Great breakfast, nice bar area. location is a 5 min walk into town, we had a quiet room at the back of the hotel away from the road. Parking garage was secure with plenty of space. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. One small gripe is that there were no hand sanitizers in the buffet breakfast restaurant area, or anywhere else.

We stayed in a twin room that had a mini bar and air conditioning, both ideal for me. the room was very clean and the beds were very comfy with lovely fresh bedding. bathroom and shower was also very clean. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of hot and cold offerings. This hotel is located just a few minutes from a selection of bars and restaurants, hotel also as safe underground parking.

The location is perfect for tourists. Fussen is nice and quiet, supermarkets and pharmacy close at 7pm. Frontdesk staff speak good English, the service is great. The view of the hotel is marvelous. We can see the New Swanstone Castle directly from the ladder.

Too many doors on the public aisle. Not very convenient if we have many luggages. The elevator is a bit small but acceptable.

The location is great. Its easy to locate and very close to where you want to be. The facilities are great. Fantastic restaurant and very good breakfast. The hotel has everything you need coming to Fuessen.

There was not really anything I did not like apart from not having more time to stay longer. I will come back any time I have the chance.
