The management was so friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable The location was just perfect, close to bus stop and walking all thru the town and along the lech river park. the hotel even provided you with a Fussen card for transportation. if you reserve a parking spot ahead you can even park car on location!!! The restaurant on site is wonderful German cuisine with other additions.

Nothing at all but just a suggestion: on the hot days during summer the duvet with comforter is too hot for sleeping. Maybe provide a single sheet as well.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and they accommodated my gluten allergy. The rooms were clean and comfy. The bus and train station are close by within walking distance. Lovely shops and cafes near by.

We ate supper at the hotel as well. Maybe a little more help from the waiter recommending the better meals on the menu would have been helpful. We were looking for traditional German cuisine and the meal was just okay.

Location, cleanliness, 2 windows to open, closet space, desk and chair, TV. Good bed /bedding. TV. Numerous electrical outlets. The bathroom has a nice shower (water pressure is fantastic !). The breakfast is wonderful, and is included with the room price. I felt very safe and comfortable here as a solo traveller.

the rooms are spacious and clean, great breakfast (tasty with abundant choices), and the location right in the old town. plus parking spots that can be reserved.

dinner was not as good as breakfast: the interior restaurant is compact and gets noisy easily. without AC, with windows open, we had one night hearing some folks partying nearby all night long (not the hotel’s fault)

Great Hotel. Very comfortable and cozy room. Staff was very welcoming and spoke good English. We were able to do an early check-in since our room was ready. Breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room is lovely. They had a place to store our bikes, since we were doing the Romantic road by bike. We didn't have dinner at their restaurant, but it seemed to be good. There is a pizza takeaway just in front of the hotel which is very handy if you are tired for going out for dinner at night. It's a cute little old town, and the hotel is right in the center of it. During the day it is very full of tourists. At night most of them go away, and the city gets quiet and romantic. They give you free tickets for the bus to the castles. But if you feel like walking, it's a very nice walk near a very light blue river and the Alp's forests.

It was a bit expensive (but it was a weekend stay and we got a room for 4, even being a couple, since it was the only one available at the time of booking. I guess the room for 2 would have been cheaper). Anyway, it was well worth it, we had a very nice and comfortable stay at the hotel!

Breakfast was excellent and good to have a restaurant attached. Room very clean and new. Hotel obviously has had an upgrade. They had a lift which we were not expecting and was a welcome surprise. Receptionists extremely helpful.

I was surprised that our bed hadn't made although we could see the chambermaid had been in the room. It would be good to have a safe in our room.

it’s location is very central. the room was pretty big, semi-renovated for my taste but it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, variety of salty and sweet options. the staff were very friendly and helpful for any of our questions. thanks overall!

there was no elevator in the building we stayed in. the bathroom could have been renovated and also basic bathroom amenities could have been better quality such as shampoo, shower gel, soap.

Lovely Hotel, waited for me to arrive late. I had no parking space reserved but gave me a spot for 2 days. Prices are very good. Hotel is in the middel of town, a bit hard to reach by car, but when you now your way it is easy to find.

I found my bed to be hard, and it felt like is was not level. I was leaning in bed. But nevertheless it was a very good room just for me.

The hotel was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The restaurant was excellent with a great atmosphere and delicious food.

It was extremely difficult to locate the hotel and parking when arriving by car. The hotel did send us a map and specific instructions on how to get to the parking lot and find the hotel. We still had problems. Once we found the hotel on foot, we understood the situation, and location and why the parking was so difficult.

Alles... This hotel is very well located in the old town of Füssen :) . It is a very charming area with a spectaculous architecture all around. The room was big and with a balconny and it included all what would be needed. We were welcome like if we were home. The breakfast was awesome and we could choose a large variety of local products. The hotel has a Restaurant on the ground floor with typical foods from the Bayern region.
