Airconditioned rooms, spacious, clean and a small kitchen area (no stove, but microwave was enough). We loved the digital access - extremely convenient.

We reserved two rooms: one for a single person and one for a couple. The rooms were accidentally switched (instead of of two pillows and blankets, there was one). Since we were travelling together, it was not a big deal to switch. But we realized that in case of any major issues or something missing in the room, there is really no one on site to support.

Located a few hundred metres from the village Persistent background hum from air vent in the ceiling No price list visible for items in vending machines on site or viaonline portal. So we didn't buy anything -except coffee which did have a price on display. No kettle in room. Not sure the room allocation algorithm is working - despite the place being less than half full the room next to us was given to late arrivals. Why not give more space when you can? No recycling in rubbish room except for paper - everything else dumped in one bin

Digital entry is very easy and interesting to arrive whenever you want. Modern room and quiet place.

Shower didn't close very well, so the floor got flooded after a shower. Not so much kitchen equipment, no possibility to cook in the room although we kinda booked the room for that reason as it was mentioned.

Every thing is new and clean. Big room with fridge and microwave. big bathroom. Fast WiFi. I like digital access idea. But for old people it’s quite complicated for them.

Maybe location. For me it’s just a stop during the trip. I don’t mind far away from city at all

I cannot load the app on my phone so have to access the email to use the link from there to gain my key access. This may be user error but neither mine or my wife’s Apple phones would do it.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Close to the Highway but far enough to have a quiet stay. The complex is located in the outskirts of the village. The first impression quickly fades once you are in the room where you have everything you need. Self Check In is very practical and can safe you time.

The complex is very new and still needs to build some character. The self check in is practical but if you run out of battery on your phone you wont be able to access your room.

Everything was perfect! Like in picture, and very clean and comfortable.

The small Problem with the garbage, because it was very full( and stay like this for 3 days) and unable to put your trash.

Great accomodation in Geisingen. The comunication with owner is perfect and if you understand how to install the automatic key in your mobil you find out that this is great idea (but you need save battery in your phone :-) Thank you so much for everything, we like come again.

Although it is a bit lost outside of the city, the hotel is brand new and has very nice rooms. Well equipped, nice furniture, very comfortable beds, nice view on the hills from the very large window. We recommend it for a short stay in the area.

The fully online check-in/check-out procedure may be difficult for someone who is not used to this kind of process. And in the end we still had to pay at a reception, so not sure what the added value was, but at least you can arrive and leave anytime you want.
