Spacious room, very tidy and clean. I had a desk in the room, which made working rather comfortable. I really appreciated the statement that once per 3 days the room will be cleaned (and towels / bed sheets to be refreshed). No leaving that a choice by customers, but make it for them really is helping the sustainability goal of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good, enough choice for every diet!

Although the room and bathroom is very spacious, the shower area is proportionately small.

Very nice and helpful staff, comfortable room and bed (mattress more on the hard side which I prefer, but maybe too hard for some people). Parking if you come by car and bus stop just in front of hotel. Nice pool, gym and wellness area.

If you come by bus, keep in mind that buses are not running very frequently in the evening or the weekend (once per hour).

We loved it. Very thoughtful staff that solved all problems that occurred.

The extra bed in the suite was not up to standard. It was made directly on the sofa bed cushions. But we were upgraded to a family room which was wonderful and very nicely renovated. The pool had a bad smell, probably needs better filtering. Also hard to find in the facilities in the hotel like changing rooms and pool/sauna. At least for one who don’t know german. The menu was nice for adults but lacked some simple courses for children/teenagers.

Everything! Nice and helpful staff, clean comfortable room, modern bathroom, relaxing swimming pool, rich buffet breakfast with a lot of savoury and sweet food. Despite our late arrival, we had the possibility of enjoying a delicious dinner. Conveniently located near the motorway but not far from the city centre.

Very nice breakfast and great location for a stay over on our way to the South.

We had reserved and extra bed for our 8-year Old daughter but by mistake they had provided us with a babycottage - and that could not be changed due to our late arrival. Bed was okay for three, but we did not even get a normal-size duvet. You have to pay for parking, which I would expect to be inkluded in the price for a hotel with this rating and location.

Enjoyed my stay, staff was very helpfull as I had to extent my stay because of the DB train strike. Really enjoyed the bar “Beerstube”, with Mario as bartender, spend there almost every evening. Breakfast was amazing

The main attraction is of course the spa, which is truly wonderful. But the hotel itself is really nice, super clean and especially lovely helpful staff. A special mention: the buffet breakfast, delicious, fresh, lots of variety, one of the best we've ever had and extremely good value.

It was too hot in the room at night, if there was a central AC, it was not effecient enough for high summer temperatures. Also in the restaurant it was much too hot!

The hotel was so nice. Think we will sleep here again next time we drive through Germany. My wife got the best massage ever, my daughter swimming in the pool and the room was very nice.

Lots of garbage under the bed. Chips, plasric and stuff. Doesn't looks like they clean under there.

The hotel is very nice and clean, close to the highway for a quick stop and with great service. The staff has a low level of English so very difficult to comunicate, we were not able to use the swimming pool and the spa as we were not able to get clear info on how to get there.
