We only spent one night, but the hotel seems good enough - room was clean and comfortable. They offer a great number of additional services in the bulding such as massages. It met my expectations.

The staff we met did not have a good day. We asked the receptionist if he spoke English. He confirmed but then kept switching from English to German. The next day he wanted us to pay for something but was unable to explain for what. Again - kept talking in German. About 30 minutes after we arrived to our room a cleaning lady barged in without knocking or anything. She promptly left without a word but it just seemed rude and weird.

Our room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The hotel facilities were more than satisfactory, it was a very enjoyable stay in general!

The receptionist that greeted us during our check-in was unfortunately relatively rude, it was, from my understanding due to some difficulty he had understanding my name, I was told that it's not his fault, that I had written my own name wrong, etc. (my name was written perfectly correctly). I was a bit confused as to why this exchange became so negative solely due to some difficulty finding my reservation, but the receptionist in the morning during our check-out was perfectly cordial and respectful and overall it was a comfortable stay, which more than made up for the negative check-in experience.

Hotel restaurant offers outstanding cuisine. The facilities are extremely clean and modern. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. However, you do have to pay for parking. Parking garage is conveniently located next to the hotel with direct entry to the lobby.

Hotel is located in an industrial area next to the STIHL manufacturing company. Location is safe but there are not too many things to do or see around.

Very warm welcoming by staff. ALL staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Interior of hotel has partially marble, which gives a luxury feel to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Loved the fact that there were plenty of plugs to charge your phones, Laptop, electrical toothbrush etc. Rooms interior design makes you feel relaxed. Lot's of international TV channels to choose from, including the option to do wireless projection from your phone to TV.

The location of the hotel is about 25min to 30min by Bus and tram.

Great hotel with value for the money. Large rooms and modern. Very little noice from the street. Great breakfast buffet. Can strongly be recommended.

Reception should be a bit more supportive. Asked to order a taxi and he agreed. But first after second request he mentioned that he couldn't reach one. A bit out from the center of Hamburg. You should be aware about this.

The hotel room was very clean and big. Outside you could hear the planes, but when you got into your room you didn't hear them. The breakfast menu was excellent.

Location could be better regarding restaurants and cafe. Close to billstedt center though.

We loved everything about our stay at hotel! Room and bathroom were great, so loved tablet and multimedia, nice to be able to chosse between big and small pillow. Breakfast was fantastic, and we only regret that due our short stay we havent been able to explore wellness area. Hope to come again on longer stay! 😁

Only one coffee machine for the breakfast. Very expensive restaurant with this quality of food and choices. Unconfortable pillow and Small room.

Great hotel with a bargain prize, at least during our stay. Very nice, spacious and luxorius rooms. Great bathroom with special mention about the shower: a masterpiece of german engineering and one of the best I've ever used!

Location a bit far from the city centre, but on the other hand close to motorway. This was convinient for us, but not for all.

Great hotel. Nice design, clean and friendly staff. Was located perfectly for our needs and the parking was surveilled and indoor which was a big bonus for us. Also the Spa Area is really nicely done.

Only the restaurant Johann's did not really meet our "high" expectations. Its was nice and friendly staff but for the price tag and the reviews we read online, our expectations were higher. Same goes for the breakfast.
