This seems to be a family run business therefore the people working there care about the level of service they provide. Everyone was super friendly. The rooms are decently sized and they were renovated not too long ago. Best shower water pressure I had in a very long time. The breakfast was small but very good and whenever we needed something they were very fast in replenish things. Considering that hotels in Hamburg are pricey this is a good option and the prices are very reasonable.

The location is a bit in the middle of the nowhere but we knew that in advance. There is not elevator and while that does not affect us it is good for other people to know about this.

clean and comfortable room with ample storage space for coats and smaller clothing items. Water pressure in the shower was good, hot water almost immediately. Card access to the hotel so we were able to return to the hotel in the early hours, after a night in Hamburg, without waiting for a night porter. Light switches and sockets on both sides of the bed. Good WiFi throughout the hotel. A good buffet breakfast: a wide selection, cereals, eggs, sausages, pastries and fruit. No noise from neighbouring rooms.

slight smell of the drains in the bathroom. Very noisy in the street outside the room between 5 and 6. Bin collection. We had the window open, perhaps if it was closed we wouldn't have noticed anything.

The hotel was a stopover for a long drive and for that purpose it was great! I also didn’t realise that the reception was not 24 hour and I arrived after 10pm but I was accommodated despite that and was let into my room in very short order. Comfortable bed, dressed Nordic style (double bed with two individual duvets and square pillows). The bathroom was lovely. The breakfast was ok and enough. Will definitely use again. It is located on an industrial estate but I didn’t need to use any leisure facilities and was just using it to stop overnight so it was perfect for that! I was a little concerned at leaving my car out on the street as the carpark was full (capacity maybe 8-10 cars) but it was fine in the end.

We were very late for check-in - that was no problem, very smooth experience. Staff was available around clock. Room was very clean, we had a family room with 2 rooms and each had a TV, each bed had a little sweet and we had 2 bottles of water. That was nice. Rooms and everything looks modern, done with taste, clean and new. Breakfast room is not big, but it is lovely and we had no problems with size. At breakfast personnel took good care of us, asking questions like if we want to have fresh eggs - they'd do it, other food was topped very fast. There were nice choice of cheese, fresh fruits (our kids loved it) and different sweet stuff like raisins in chocolate, nuts - choice was not very usual for hotels but that was very nice to have. Personnel are very caring and kind. Location is very calm. Parking was no problem.

We were only for 1 night there to sleep and go - for us everything was great. Though location is in industrial area and without a car might be difficult to get somewhere. Just to mention: no elevator - but for us it was not a problem.

Very nice people at the reception and very nice breakfast. It's a quite place to stay, still close to the high way. The rooms are nicely decorated and have very good size.

Pipes had an unpleasant smell in bathroom sometimes. But everything was extremely clean!

Location is in a commercial/industrial area, so is quiet at night. It is also convenient when travelling by car, being not far from motorway junctions. Breakfast was a typical German cold table but with plenty of choice and all of good quality. Hotel is only a few years old an is in excellent condition. My single room had a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower room. Everything worked. The staff were welcoming at check-in and very efficient and pleasant in the breakfast room.

Corridors and stairs were slightly noisy, so best to request a room near the far end, away from the stairs, to minimise traffic outside your bedroom door. Mine was right beside the stairs and entry to the corridor.

At the hotel we got two connected quite big rooms. Overnight price was better than others. Surrounding was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Car parking was free on back of the hotel.

The hotel took the money for the stay as well as booking.com. It took a little effort to get that money back. But in the end it worked out. The hotel was located in the suburbs, as if in an area of office buildings. There is nothing to do while on foot.

This place exceeded my expectations. The hosts, Amir and Ramin, were very hospitable and kind. Where else in western Europe will you find a brand new hotel with breakfast included and free parking (normally between 15-20 Euros a day in Germany) for just 30 Euros a day? I will definitely return with friends :)

No negatives at all!

Really good and clean, we loved that there was a extra room, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, with lot of different things! Will definitely choose again, if I go to the city again! 👌🏻

Only thing to mention, is the location. But with all the other good things to say, we didn’t really notice it.
