What a wonderful hotel. Large rooms and what a fantastic bed, I have rarely seen such a comfortable bed in a hotel. And what a nice city Hamburg is. The hotel is located at the beginning/end of the Reeperbahn. That's nice to have seen, but frankly not spent on us. Hamburg has the same problem as, for example, Berlin: lots of bums on the street who are openly involved with drugs and alcohol. In principle, they do nothing to you, but it does not always give you a safe feeling. From the hotel you can easily reach the waterfront of the Elbe and from there it is a great walk to the completely redeveloped part of the city where the warehouses used to be. Tip: enter the ElbPhilharmonika building for free, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city from a viewing platform at 37 meters!

Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. We didn't find it noisy given its location, unless you had the window open, you could hear sirens every few minutes! Everything about the room was fantastic. Only issue was that the TV didn't have any English channels. Location was great if you're visiting for the party district. We were there for a wedding and didn't have an interest in the party district but found the area of the hotel safe. Shower was lovely. Tea/coffee facilities available in the room plus hairdryer.

+ design of hotel rooms, very unique and cozy. A lot if mirrors make it feel very spacious. + very good breakfast: large variety, good quality of all food options, tasty coffee + perfect location: close to U bahn station and parks + extended time for breakfast on weekends (for late risers)

- some minor issues with elevators. - if party outside on Reeperban you might have a sleepless night even with the closed windows (happened once during a week on Saturday night)

Great hotel. Great location. Very spacious room and bathroom. Extremely clean. I stayed here for 2 nights before travelling North for a wedding. I even looked to change my other hotel and rebook for my return to the City but unfortunately it was sold out, being the weekend. I would definitely recommend

if I had to find something, the coffee/tea making supplies were sparse and weren’t replenished. But that’s a small complaint, reception were happy to give us milk and extra teabags

We were upgrade to a theme room called Musical room which had nice and unique style. Very specious room with comfortable bed and big TV screen. The room had coffee and tea facilities which was also nice and appreciated. Clean and nice, stylish bathroom. Breakfast was served from 6.00 am which was perfect as we had many things to do early in the morning on that day.

The location is great if you come along with the reeperbahn - it is not totally in the middle, and just acrosss the road is a train station that is very convenient to get around Hamburg.

Nothing really. The hotel might have more facilities, but it is unbeatable in convenience, location and ease. Maybe not the best place to travel with children, the rooms didnt seem family friendly, and neither did the area.

The hotel was very comfortable - rooms, beds, decor. The architecture full of severe angles was very interesting and unique. The breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the hotel was during a very busy trade show at the messe so this is understandable, but there were no irons and ironing boards available on the first day of our stay. I'm used to hotels either having an ironing board in the room or having a designated room for ironing. It did cause a problem not being able to iron a shirt on that day so a suggestion would be to either furnish all the rooms with an ironing board, or to have a room somewhere in tbe hotel with a couple of fixed boards and irons in it. Another comment would be the music choice in the bar area in the evenings. It was very loud fast paced late 90s/early 00s pop music which was quite distracting and full of expletives. It was for more of a party atmosphere than a relaxed hotel bar in the evening.

The staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant with suggestions for activities and restaurants near by the hotel. They eased my mind about my parking since having a green 4 vehicle parked in a green 5 space. Parking was perfect with generous spacing between cars and secured hotel access from the parking garage. Plenty of local maps provided by staff made using public transportation easy to be able see to Miniature world and the Hamburg Harbor and a Hop on Hop Off bus to take in the world city..

We asked for a view room but didn't specific the view we would have liked. Our room faced the back of a warehouse stage production companies loading and unloading dock. Fortunately no rehearsals were in progress.

Hotel is excellently located - close to both the harbor and touristic sites. It is actually at the ‘good’ part of the Reeperbahn area. The rooms are well-sized and we were delighted by the staff service as well.

Like most property at Hamburg, it is rather costly. And there is no sauna at this hotel but somehow it is not explicitly clear on Google review/hotel website.

This is one of the most stylish hotels I’ve ever been to. The room is extremely spacious and I just love sitting at the round window. It’s both pretty and comfortable. The hotel is also close to public transport, and the theatre I went to was just around the corner. It’s also just a short walk to the city center and the port, the Reeperbahn is also just around the corner. The staff is also extremely friendly. If I come back to Hamburg, I’d definitely stay here again.
