Great location, literally just around the corner from where I needed to be all weekend, I'd definitely stay here again.

There were no real negatives regarding my stay. I didn't know if my stay included a breakfast or not (I also didn't bother to ask...) and I understand why hotels ask that you leave the key at reception each time you go out, I just felt very self aware trying to ask for my room key after a few "shandies".

Great value for money and location. I only used public transport to travel to and from the Hbf, otherwise I was able to walk everywhere. My room was also very quiet and I could sleep all night with the window open.

I didn't like the lack of any vegan products for breakfast. No vegan milk, yogurts or hot food.

The size of the room and bathroom are perfect for a short stay and the mattresses are exceptional. I wish I could've brought them home with me as I slept so well! The hotel is walking distance from the U-Bahn and bus stop which can transport one to the main train station, as well as the promenade where one can walk along the river and experience a variety of restaurants and boat trips. We arrived very late in the evening and had to depart again really early. This was no problem at all as we were assisted immediately and effortlessly by the front desk.

There is a kindergarten right next door to the hotel and we got the room facing the playground. From about 10:00 it gets really noisy with kids playing and this carries on until late afternoon which causes some disturbance.

The hotel was old fashioned. Big TV and big windows. The room wasn't very big but enough and clean. Bathroom was confortable, and the shower door didn't leak. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't give an opinion on that. It was located not very far from the S-Bahn, so it was easy to move around. Friendly staff.

Neighbourhood St Pauli can be very unconfortable in terms of smell and drunkards on streets. They don't mess with you, but it has to be mentioned.

Great value for money! I was super happy with the hotel and would stay there anytime again. Instead of a big hotel chain, Hansehof has a more boutique atmosphere and the staff was super nice and helpful. I had a great night sleep, didn’t hear any noises and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom is quite small but it isn’t something I would complain about.

Comfortable cozy room, good shower, delicious varied breakfast, friendly staff. We were very pleased with the presence of indoor parking at the hotel, even though it is for a fee, it is still cheaper and safer than leaving the car on the street. We were allowed to leave the car for a while, even after leaving the hotel, for which special thanks to the staff!

The breakfast was very good - eggs, meats, breads, fruits, coffee and more. Staff were pleasant and efficient. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate.

The hotel is located in what appears to be a rougher part of Hamburg - but that does mean it was close to a lot of entertainment venues.

The studio had a good amount of space for a four person family including a sitting area. We would definitely stay here again.

The wifi was spotty in the basement studio. We should have used their common room/lounge upstairs when we needed the internet.

The location is great if you’re there for nightlife or for a St Pauli match. the lift was very helpful for a traveler!

there are quite a few stairs getting into the facility that was not great to get up with heavy luggage but at least there was a lift to the room!

In a good location with walking distance to main sites in Hamburg. Friendly staff and bonus Privat parking ( paid 15 euros a day) considering location that was good. Nice room and clean. Compare to other hotels the price was worth it. Especially compared to the cheaper hotels near by.
