What I liked the most is fantastic daily room service when the cleaning lady even washed the dishes (normally I don't expect this when staying in aparthotels). It was very quiet (some reviews mention road works, there was none in Dec 2024). Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is unbeatable: just 2 min walk from S/U Reeperbahn but not on Reeperbahn street itself. A good supermarket just across the road and some bigger ones in 15-20 min walk. I would definitely stay there again.

The fridge made some noise sometimes but it wasn't disturbing for me as a light sleeper.

This was a great spot. We were slightly worried that we had booked somewhere close to the Reeperbahn (we had two young children) but we were able to walk to and from the U Bahn (2 mins) without having to go near the Reeperbahn. It was very warm and there's no aircon. Leaving the windows open at night at the weekend was noisy from the sound of emergency vehicles but all other nights were quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly, The shops are close by and it's just a short walk to the dockside. Hamburg is a wonderful city and we were well occupied for the entire 7 days. Great laundry facilities too!

Fantastic location just Metres from the SBahn making it easy to get around. The S1 will get you from the airport to the Apartment in 35 minutes and you can get into the city centre within minutes also. If you want the night life then you are seconds away from the Reepeebahn and just a few minutes walk from the river for boat trips etc. The apartments were warm, clean, comfortable, modern and you are far enough from the end of the Reepeebahn not to be disturbed by any noise. We went for the Christmas markets this year and will definitely be going again next year and once again using Boarding House St Pauli. Great friendly staff always happy to help. You won't be disappointed!!

No faults for us, everything was great!

The room was spacious and the kitchenette was new and very efficient. I believe we were in the new building or newly renovated building? It was great having an elevator and a parking option. We were a few minutes walk away from the nearest S-bahn stop, which made it very convenient. The area was undergoing some road construction so it made it a little tricky to get to, but we felt like we were in a secure residential area, even though it is only slightly past all the activity on the Reeperbahn.

There was the annual Hamburg marathon on the last day of our stay, which we were unaware of prior to booking, It would have been nice had the hotel given us a 'heads up' notification message to alert us that roads in the vicinity would be closed (or even told us at check in) and if you stayed past a certain time you would be unable to leave with your car.

Location: public transportation nearby, restaurants, markets etc., all very close to the apartment. Staff with simple and complete instructions, all went according to plan. Modern apartment.

Reeperban going downtown is a "red light", so it is better to be aware of it. But the apartment street and avenue right beside does not have any "signals" or something (you can go to metro or bus without passing through it).

Very convenient location right at the beginning of the St Pauli strip but was still a quiet and restful place. The room was super clean and I loved the little kitchen which was easily tucked away behind doors. Whilst the hotel operates more like serviced apartments clean towels were provided regularly and there's a lovely reception open during the day with helpful and friendly staff. If you have to check in out of hours the keys are left in a lock box to collect.

I struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during the night. But everything else was perfect.

Clean and convenient. We stayed in the newly renovated building. One minute walk to the S-Bahn, but also have the option to park in private garage for very reasonable rate. Very kind staff. Affordable.

No A/C, but fortunately the second night got a bit cooler so we were still comfortable. Also, we were awoken by our neighbors coming in loudly in the middle of the night. Again, the noise only lasted a few minutes on one night (it happens), but something worth noting for light sleepers (maybe bring ear plugs!). Still highly recommend.

A really nice, clean and fresh apartment in heart of Hamburg. Just at the beginning of Reeperbahn. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable. The kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need, is a really nice benefit. You can make your own breakfast, lunch and even dinner. The staff were super friendly and spoke perfect English. There is a safe indoor garage nearby that can be used at a low price. If i ever visit Hamburg again, i will definitely use this hotel again.

The reception close at 19, but I think they have a system with pin codes outside office hours.

I had a great stay at this hotel—everything was excellent, from the location to the service.

However, the cleaning service could be improved. I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed for a 5 nights stay, just rearranged, and small food crumbs remained even after three cleanings. The floor also wasn’t cleaned, though towels were replaced. I hope this can be addressed, as everything else was wonderful!

My room was cosy and spacious, well organised and clean. I was only for 2 nights, it is suitable for business travellers. The house manager Ulrike was very helpful and supportive. Her instructions were clear.

The place has a downgrade as no breakfast available. It will be great if cafe-kitchen had a basic continental breakfast - boiled eggs, croissants, rolls, cheese. As I was a business traveller I didn't have chance to shop and to cook in the apartment. The room should have a minimum coffee/tea/milk, unfortunately tea bags were not very best.
