The apartment is big enough to accomodate three people , bright , quiet and with all you need for a comfortable stay, clean and with bright white sheets and towels. The position is at one end of Reeperbahn street, quite close the Port and the Fish Market. The station of S-Bahn that comes directly from the airport is at 50 meters, and also there is a bus station that goes in the city center near the hotel and St Pauli U-Bahn station is at 15 minutes walking. Even if the hotel is pretty far from the city center or the main train station, you are near the night life district and also close the port which is the main attraction of the city. The communication with the hotel before arrival is a good one and also the staff is pretty available despite the fact that there is no 24/7 reception . All in one, we had a pleasant stay and we would stay here again if we went to Hamburg again.

The bedroom is only a small room with one bed next to the window with no space between the bed and the window or two of the walls , and a night table . That could be a little uncomfortable at the beginning , but you get used to it because you have a large living room with an open kitchen to spend your time before going to bed.

Awesome suite. Excellent location. Great staff. We could not have asked for more. After checking out other Airbnbs and hotels in the area, we felt this one offered the best option based on access to public transportation. It turns out we were not wrong. From the heated floors to the spacious showers to extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff, we were able to enjoy a blend of adventure with staying in during the cold winter month of December. The kitchen was sufficient for our needs as there a grocery store across the street for easy meals in-between dining out.

The cold weather. :) Really, there was not much we did not like about the place. We would be very glad to return.

Very close to the Reeperbahn station and various busses. The room has everything you may need for a (not so) short stay, with also a fridge and a mini kitchen with microwave and coffe/tea The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, always ensuring we were comfortable and giving plenty of pointers. Would definitely recommend

Reeperbahn is a peculiar street, being the red light district. However, except for some sketchy dude near the supermarket, we had no problems since the hotel is in a more residential part of the neighborhood

The staff were excellent. The people cleaning the facilities were friendly and contentious, however the desk staff were the real stars. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire premises was spotless. It was nice having a store across the street. The laundry facilities were clean and very civilized. Location was great, close to entertainment, the river, transit. I always felt safe in the area.

Literally nothing. I don't say that very often...

The accommodation was really good, you can not hear your neighbors, you have your private. Hotel stuff was really friendly, helping with everything. I like the small kitchen in the room.

It was written that laundry is free of charge, however, you must pay 5 € for 1 use od washing machine. Moreover, it was quite annoying that some drunk people were ringing the bell during the night to make a joke.

The room was really well presented with enough space for the two of us. The bed was comfy. The kitchen area was quite small and compact, but had all the necessary things to cook in the room. The bathroom was also just what we needed. The boarding house itself was really easy to get to and the staff on the reception were friendly and helpful! :)

The boarding house was really well located to get too, but was also close to the police/firehouse and there were sirens at all times of day and night!

The stuff was amazing and the room was comfortable and clean. It was also pretty easy to commute to the boarding house from / to the airport, as well as from / to the city center. The nearby subway station is literally a couple of minutes away.

The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the neighborhood of the boarding house. It's located near a sketchy and dirty area full of strip clubs and etc. Other than that it was perfect.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. Really understanding and service oriented. The location is special, really close to the Ruperbahn, which was seen as a positive aspect for us, since we like the buzzing life in this neighbourhood. The hotel is a bit on the side and not directly on Ruperbahn, which make it really calm and quiet.

Very friendly!! We arrived in the morning and the nice lady at the reception found us a room to checking early with no extra costs! The room is so well organized with a really comfortable bed and a well equipped mini-kitchen area (you can find the coffee machine with coffee capsules, a toaster, electric kettle and a little pan). Bathroom was also well organized and had everything. I also appreciated how clean the room and bathroom were!

The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Location is amazing, just around 10 minute walk to the harbor which I found great value for money! Bed was super comfortable, all amenities described in the room were available, and iron and laundry were available in the underground floor free of charge for anyone to use!

The shower could have been just a bit more clean but otherwise the bathroom, room and everything else were very clean and new!
