I didn't meet any staff because there isnt one but they answered every question of mine throu messages very well. Rooom fscilities are new. They let also few gifts at fridge for free. That's nice

Hotel is next to a busy main road. When you open windows, it becomes unfortunately too dusty at room. For me it is not a problem but I know from a close friend of mine, some ppl may have real difficulties at these dusty rooms.

Amazing view from the room!! The bathroom is really good. The bedroom size is very comfortable. They gave us free snacks and drinks.

There was a very strong blinking green light near the door that made it very hard to fall asleep. The pillows were not good, too soft. We booked the room with breakfast, but unfortunately we could not have the breakfast, since it was served in a nearby bakery that only opens at 10am (we wanted an earlier breakfast). However, the hotel staff have refunded us for the breakfast after we asked them.

A very well thought concept and providing excellent facilities. The studio was clean and comfortable, with everything you needed. You are provided with so many complimentary things which I was pleasantly surprised (crisps, juices, water, tea/coffee). Access to an emergency closet with additional items such as toilet paper, towels, iron, laundry. There is always a worry using properties with no reception but they have thought this through perfectly.

The room was a bit dark and the TV did not have a single english channel (probably due to Brexit lol).

Excellent facilities and nice welcome pack of lemonade and German beer :) apartment was very clean and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided are all delightful! Apartments arent really near anywhere but it was very easy to get to nearest train station and felt safe walking back even after dark. There’s a shop nearby for supplies. Although there are no staff on site they were very quick to respond to questions.

Could have been more generous with coffee and milk for a three night stay as apartments arent cleaned/replenished when you stay. Apartment is a bit tired - there were marks and sellotape (?) on the wall. Additional pillows would have been nice as the ones provided were very thin and no spares. Not the biggest apartments but perfect for our needs.

Space is bigger than expected. Plenty of room for last day luggage rearrangement. You can cook in the room and supermarket is just by the fuel station near by. Burger king is also near by. There is no door man you have to check in and out by yourself and this is a plus since you don't have restriction to have someone there in time for you. They will send you the pin to enter the building. It's in time and swift.

The ground floor is a quick test for coronavirus station. It's good for you if you need for ex. 48 hours within PCR test to leave or enter any region, but, they should inform whom is going to stay. Test station would more or less be more riskier than other hotels. The parking is also not free and considered not necessary. Travellers with parking requirement is not many. Make it as free would have no cost on the host. There is also cost to the traveller to communicate with online assistant for the parking wasting of time.

Minimally but functionally furnished apartment with everything you need. It was easy to access and the online check-in procedure was smooth. Although the apartment faces a trafficked street, it wasn’t noisy at all. We kept the windows closed and slept very well. I really appreciated the green, high quality bath products. Fantastic location in walking distance from a really nice and green neighbourhood, off the city center and full of quaint cafés and restaurants.

The apartment is on a big street which is not that great looking- traffic, Tankstelle, McDrive, Burger King - and the building where it’s located is very sterile-looking. It may be off-putting at first but it’s just a minor aesthetic detail :)

They are environmentally friendly accommodation. No plastics, no disposable stuff. Eco friendly soaps and products used inside facilities. There is a small kitchenette with sufficient equipment. The building is somewhat good insulated so not much noise comes in from outside despite the busy road.

Location is a bit off the city. Room was too small, for one person for a short stay is tolerable. Cleaning was not top notch. Ground was dirty. Kitchenette had oil around.

The apartment was perfect and the staff were so attentive The location was fantastic Lovely neighbourhood and the Langenfelde train stop is only 10 minutes walk away If you get the day pass you can use all trains, buses and the number 62 boat which takes you up and down the river elbe for free Kimo in the schanzenviertel for the best kebab, Korean food fritten freude for the best currywurst und pommes hamburg is such a great city to walk and explore, altona, schanzenviertel, hafencity with the canals and the river elbe, Alster lake were very good x

Almost completely virtual in every way , but still they were active in WhatsApp and email for requests made.

A couple of the weekly cleanings were not up to the mark. I stayed for 7 weeks. Towels and scissors were difficult to get from the supply room Beckstein they are in shortage.

Has all the basic facilities, has a kitchen, fridge. Has a coffee machine, kettle including tea and coffee.

Was loud at night due to the location next to a main street, a bit pricey for a self service nosey facility. The trash in the room wasn't regularly cleared. The passcode entry buttons were not very elderly friendly
