good sized room, comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom of good size, very nice staff at the front desk. Good location and access to public transport, as well to quite a lot of good quality restaurants in walking distance (20mins)

there is really nothing to complain about. Only recommendation is that if the customer choose for the room not to be cleaned during short term stays, for environmental purposes, which I highly support, at least the staff should replenish Water and Coffee supply.

We usually stay in the Dorint when we visit Hamburg Eppendorf. It's a relatively new building (very solid, warm, quiet), and it's on the UKE (Hospital) campus, so it's close to lots of shops and restaurants in Eppendorf. We don't spend a lot of time in our room, but it's comfortable and has everything we need. The staff is always polite and helpful.

For a German hotel, the breakfast buffet looks "just okay"... there are probably other hotels that really do it up, but I think the clientele at the Dorint is a little more business-oriented (doctors, patients, etc), so we've never included breakfast with our room. The good news is that there are some great options within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

was not permitted to enjoy breakfast buffet tho paid for thru booking. staff advised since reservation was made thru booking was reason breakfast was not included. elevators were broken on check out day & tho told there would be another elevator we could use. maintenance man said there was not another elevator we could use so we were forced to drag heavy luggage down four flights at 3 am. as you can imagine it was very noisy. there were issues with event staff and facility & bar was closed before time we were told leaving nothing to do when we returned. there’s no where to go near the facility.

Front desk was excellent with help about where to go in the surrounding area. The room was very clean and well serviced during my 8 day stay. Buffet was very good.

Price of the buffet was a little high. Need soda/water machine on each floor or every other floor so I don't have to go down to the front desk for liquids.

Hotel is super clean and modern. Quiet and beautiful neighbourhood but many excellent restaurants and supermarkets just 10 mins walk away. Room size is very generous. Excellent A/C even with the heat wave. Breakfast is exceptional. Staff is courteous. Very convenient location with many bus routes, some passes just in front of the hotel.

They charge 5EUR for using sauna facility. I guess it is due to the spiking energy cost happening in Europe right now.

Great breakfast, quiet rooms, lovely smelling soap, beautiful surroundings, well-functioning airconditionig.

Blankets too thick for summer time, sauna facilities were defect (compensation would have been nice), hotel staff could be a little bit more service-oriented, mini-bar was removed (no refrigerarion possibility).

Breakfast is DELICIOUS! They offer a great variety of fresh food and the breakfast area is very clean and spacious. You have the option to take a seat inside or at the terrace. At the lobby they have toys for the kids; my baby had tons of fun. There's a hospital 5min by walk, restaurants, supermarkets and a beautiful park to spend the evening.

The pillows are not comfortable. Apart from that, all good :)

Ethical business epitomised. I chose this hotel because it lets Ukrainian refugees stay for free. (How good is that!) I then had to amend my booking because my flight was cancelled, and they let me cancel the first night of my stay on the afternoon I was due to check in. Every member of staff I interacted with was just genuinely nice.

Very nice hotel in a great location, eppendorf is a beautiful part of a lovely city. Its easy to get around the city with buses and subways.
