The room was fantastic and very clean. The location was a little far out but was still good for us. Staff were fantastic and super friendly.

The room was lovely but was only set up for one person, one bed cover, one towel and one cup. Also the hairdryer didnt work and when I asked for another it never arrived. Not a huge issue as reception were fantastic.

Very nice, new hotel in Altona area. Good lobby, comfortable single room with a big bed for reasonable price in Hamburg. In the evening bar is available in lobby. Good breakfast, nice people. TV-set, wifi, good climat control in room. Many clean towels.

There was no fridge/coffe corner in my single basic room, and no wardrobe with Door- it was strange. The room at the 0 Floor with a view to other windows. Min 10-15 walk away to the Street with caffes, quite far from subway too.

Great location for the Eimsbuttel area, and for those going to concerts etc at the Volksstadion. The Motel One is a step up from the Ibis Budget down the road - better bedding, room, bar in hotel - so for an extra ten Euros or so a night, a much better place to stay near Eimsbuttel

Although our company took over the costs and this was contractually stated, I still had to pay the costs myself because the request was made via Booking.com. The refund has been requested, but I still don't have it in my account

Friendly staff, clean, dog friendly. This was just a short overnight for us. Early breakfast which is great when we just want to get back on the road. For dinner they gave us a list of good restaurants within 10-20 mins walking. We always feel at home with our dog staying at Motel One. Comfortable bed and room. Parking onsite so very convenient overall.

the reception area was quite stylish. i liked the fact that I was on the 5th floor however the view wasn’t the best and when I first walked into my room, it smelt a little like cigarette smoke so I had to air it out a little.

location - whilst it was possible to walk to the U2, it is still quite far away from the Center and took a while to get to from Hauptbahnhof.

a contemporary, no frills design hotel at an unbeatable price in Hamburg. Location was right to a big street and outside was not really inviting, but the inside of the hotel is modern, clean, efficient and cool and you have everything you need.

location was not the best, but ok. I would prefer the other motel one in Hamburg, but the good ones are booked out very much in advance.

Breakfast has good quality with variety of options but there were completely no warm dishes except for boiled eggs. The motel provides no sports/relax facility except for the lobby bar.

It did not really mind, but the hotel is a bit far from the center, you need to take two buses or walk a bit and take the metro. The breakfast was quite expensive so I did not take it

Great shower head. Good location for us, but a bit out of the centre if visiting Hamburg (there is another Motel One nearer the centre). Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop directly outside so easy for traveling around the city.

Room was small. Only partial shower screen so water splashes onto toilet even when trying to be careful. Breakfast expensive, but cheaper can be found in local cafes a short walk away. No tea and coffee making facilities.
