From the moment you arrive at this lovely property, you are captivated by the warm, charm and quaintness of this mountain inn. The staff is so accommodating- check-in very welcoming and informative, bartender and restaurant staff attentive. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well appointed. The best is that the location is central, across from the train station and across the street from the bus pickup to take us to the Christmas Market ! Shopping and restaurants were down the street. Don't miss dining in house. I loved everything.

The hotel staff were wonderful!! She helped us get our luggage to the room and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a beautiful room with a balcony. The room was clean and spacious. The parking is also free which was so nice. They also have a wonderful breakfast with a ton of selections to choose from. It was the biggest buffet selection we have seen so far. We did not eat in the restaurant for dinner because it was a little expensive. The restaurant was beautiful!! I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel with a friendly staff and comfy room. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The restaurant room was so beautiful. Would definitely stay here again but have my room in a different part of the hotel.

This hotel was perfect and I got the room I asked for--with a terrace. Unfortunately, during the time I was there, an outdoor bar located right below my room was entertaining a lot of people, with loud music and was open until the early morning hours. This was going on because of the Ravenna Gorge market and this was the final shuttle stop for the bus. Other than that, the room, staff and breakfast was beyond my expectations.

The breakfast is amazing. The hotel is very well presented and very clean.

Most of the staff are fantastic especially the reception and breakfast staff. Upon a night in the restaurant things do slip a little as we were waiting long times for any service and especially for drinks as there's no physical bar.

We thought the decor was exquisite and the dining rooms laid out in a very 'user friendly' way, We especially enjoyed the excellent fish served on the dinner menu. The chef's cooking was perfect.

We loved the little glass pots containing individual portions, the huge range of breakfast, the lovely decorations and relaxing atmosphere.

The female waitresses serving in the outside cafe were not very friendly they did seem very happy. We stayed four nights and the shower gel ran out after two nights. It was not replenished, fortunately we had our own supply.

Location is outstanding. Parking next door to hotel. Breakfast was great and we chose the restaurant for dinner and were very pleased. Food and wine selections were great and delicious. Bus to Ravenna Christmas market picked up next door to the hotel...no more than 1 minute away from hotel front door. Every member of the staff we encountered were great!

The hotel that "wow"s you from the moment you check-in, and even before your arrival with the kindness of their customer service. Taking care of little details is what amased us : the kindness of the staff, the room, the breakfast, the atmosphere and decoration of the hotel. This hotel gives you a whole satisfying experience that makes us want to come back again and again.

It is in the town center (train station behide the hotel). A lot of free parking space. The hotel gave us 1 day free transportation ticket. If you plan to go to Titisee, this place is a good option and you do not need to pay for expensive hotel or parking there. The hotel restaurant closes on Tuesday, so we been called to come get the key before all the staff leaving. The hotel is beautiful and the bed is comfy. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was great, both quality and options)

Steps away from the train station. Fabulous reception. Wonderful room- large, comfortable, well appointed, nice touches. Beautiful interior and dining rooms. Great dinner. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
