Very nice and beautifull. Hotel rooms are located above the restaurant. Close to the city centre. Room was quite tiny but has all you need. It looked brand new, very clean and has a nice style. Shower was perfect! Good airconditioning as well. Even got some welcome shots👍🏻. Asked for a baby bed and they put it already in the room when we arrived. Overall: very, very good.

Little thing is that you have to park your car in a parking garage (ca. 150m) or somewhere on the streets.

Great room and design concepts - I was very amused by the availability of a Do Not Disturb sign exclusively devoted to warning hotel staff of sexual activities occurring. General amenities and bed were very comfortable with lovely door-gift and hand-written note. Location is nice and downtown, near bars and late-night eateries, tram stations, as well as ZKM - the key spot of Karlsruhe.

Hotel staff were not present at all times at the reception counter during slower times, such as afternoon which made check-in a little alarming. Hotel entrance was a little hard to find and the entrance foyer also strangely lacks shelter.

Nice staff, modern rooms, central location

The elevator did only go halfway to the actual floor, you still need to go stairs. Even though booking.com said so, there were no hotel parking spaces. There was a public parking space nearby though. They had a complementary tiny bottle with some alcohol. Nice gesture but might not be suitable for everybody, since there’s alcohol in it.

Very friendly and accomodating staff, very convenient location right in the city centre, with excellent public transport connections a few steps away. The hotel itself is very trendy and modern, and the blasting AC really helped in summer. I would definitely recommend the hotel for couples and single travellers.

Nothing to say. The room might be a bit small and impractical for some people as the shower is not separated from the 'sleeping area'. For travellers with a lot of luggage, or with disabilities, the few flights of stairs outside the elevators are a little inconvenient. But that's all really.

Lovely place. The hotel itself and the rooms are nicely decorated and within a few minutes walking you are in the city center. Free water and candy downstairs. Very friendly staff as well. When we left, it was raining and they gave us free umbrellas.

Some minor things: there only was a very small bin in the toilet, but no bin in the room itself. Also there is no coffee or tea maker in the room. You can buy it from the lovely restaurant downstairs, but it’s a bit pricey. A normal coffee was €3,50.

Good location near Restaurants & pubs. Staff was helpful, when i wrote to them after booking for parking, they provided very comprehensive info & even the general tariff for nearest 2-3 parking places.

Washroom was so tiny that the washbasin was in the room instead of being in washroom. Not a good esthetic.

special design, very kind service, clean and great location in the center.. but the best of all was the a la card breakfast and the varieties of poached eggs, young and creative kitchen..

the room was spacious, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, can be black outed.. open bath, but toilet can be closed… just missed an additional chair or seating option and a full body mirror would be nice to have..

there is almost never anybody at the reception, always need to check with somebody else to ask or check in and out. But very very friendly and competent.
