Fast wifi. Comfortable beds and pillows.Portable fan in room as well as blackout curtains and electronic window shades for the hot summer days. Friendly and helpful staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Value for money considering Karlsruhe is a very walkable city.

A mini fridge would have been nice. Bathroom is fine but lacks a shower curtain so when multiple people use the shower, bathroom will get wet. You would need to use multiple towels to wipe the water off. A shower curtain would solve most of those issues.

Very warm and friendly welcome from lady on reception. Secure underground parking for two motorcycles. Breakfast available at extra 10 euros pp. Breakfast buffet looked OK. Edeka supermarket 50m away with a fantastic bakery and sandwich/baguette department - smoked salmon rolls for 3 euros each! Excellent location within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Plenty of power/charging points in room

No coffee in room - thankfully we had our own. The bar area was dark and uninviting. No one in there and it looked more like a sports bar.

The hotel staff was very courteous. The location is superb, next to the tram stop. Europaplatz is the very next tram stop. Edeka is just in the vicinity. Many restaurants are nearby.

Don't rely on automatic check in machine. Pick a time when the hotel staff is there, to check in.

Very good breakfast for a nice price (10e). The hotel is VERY big, I think I've never seen such big hallways before. Checkin machine didn't work but reception made sure I got my keycard without a hassle. A big part of the hotel is renovated and so was my room. With the current pricing it was a very good value/money especially with the central location.

My room didn't have a set of towels but I went back to reception and received them without a problem :)

The room we got was very spacious and comfortable. Seems like it was refurbished quite recently. The wifi was pretty strong too.

We arrived at the hotel around midnight. Apparently because of covid regulations there was no staff present in the hotel and the check in was supposed to be done using the check in machine. Unfortunately the machine malfuncioned and no one would answer the phone so we could not get into the hotel and were forced to look for accomodation elsewhere, which was a bit of a hustle in the middle of the night after a pretty long stretch of driving. Fortunately on our second stay everything went well and we were assisted by very friendly and helpful girl at the reception to get our refund from booking.

Comfortable room with good bed, chair & table. Overall good value for the money in Karlsruhe.

While overall sound isolation is good, you can still hear everything what's happening in the corridor through the room door (not much happening there though). Be sure to put "do not disturb" sign on your door because cleaning personnel may knock to your room at anytime between 9am to 3pm.

Very clean and stylish room, large, nice and clean bathroom, comfy bed, kettle and tea in the room, large size, great location, friendly reception. Although check-in is at 3 pm, I asked for check-in at 12 and they arranged this for me as promised at no charge.

I visited the city in a very hot period, about 40°C in shadow. The whole building and room were very hot. The room had no air conditioner. There was a fan in a room, but it was not enough. Of course that hot weather is rather an exception, but air conditioner in a room would be highly welcome.

Really enjoyed the short stay there! Super friendly and helpful staff, the room was freshly renovated and had plenty of storage, so also ideal for a longer stay. The tram station and a supermarket are directly next to it, as well as restaurants and other facilities. Super easy connection from the train station to it too.

It is very easy to get to the hotel via the tram (5+min).... and from the hotel to the city centre - it is walking distance.

The building does not look great from the outside, however, once you enter the hotel rooms/ building, all is good.

The hotel located near the center, so easy to move and hang around. There is a supermarket next to ‘em. So convinient!!!
