We booked a family room. It was so spacious. Never seen one this big as here. The room and the hotel are spotless clean (btw the most clean hotels I have seen in my life are usualy in Germany). The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Breakfast had enough choices available. The area is very, very quiet. We had a great stay.

The hotel reception staff was very helpful and kind. It's a hotel that is conveniently located not far from the highway and away from the town's center. An interesting mixture of two music styles to be heard in the hotel's restaurant during breakfast, a lounge style one coming from the speakers in the restaurant and an Eastern European folk music that is played loudly in the kitchen, bursting through the restaurant every time the door of the kitchen opens.

Perhaps there could be a bit more choice in terms of providing dinner in the hotel's restaurant for guests that are not interested in exploring local restaurants' scene.

comfortable room and bed, the room is large enough and there staff and facilities are quite good. The restaurant is good for quick hunger. The parking is next to the siemens park parking, so actually no need to park in the hotel one.

Near to the location there are low amount of things to do, restaurants or so - tram or other transport needs to be taken and considered.

Room was nice and big for our family with 2 kids. Great breakfast. Easy parking in the hotel and quiet neighborhood.

no charging stations for electric cars in the hotel or anywhere in the area for more than 2km. Although this is not explicitly indicated in hotel description I would expect such a big hotel to have this facility. I would love to come again but only if a charging station is available.

- One staff, it seems to be the person in charge for organizing the breakfast was quite rude in the last day, I invited some outside guests and they were disapointed with that specific staff behavior - matress was too soft, I could not rest well

On site food was useful, staff were friendly and provided my children with drawing/coloring supplies and a chocolate bar each. All staff were bilingual which was extremely helpful.

A very modern and comfortable hotel. It was located ideally for our bike tour. The hotel is situated amongst office blocks and factories.

The restaurant wasn't open on a Sunday night which meant a walk around a pretty drab area to find some food

Freshly renovated hotel. Friendly personnel at reception. On the ground floor there is an automat to buy soft drinks and snacks if you are hungry. I stayed here at least 3 times and every time I have no problems in here

When we arrived at the hotel at approx. 23.30 we didnt know how to get into our room. The confirmation emails did not state that our room key would be at reception in an envelope (as there was no single staff at the hotel at that time. We used online check in and were given a room number where we stood outside about 10 minutes not knowing how to enter. Eventually we checked the reception ... this is something that guests need to be told about in advance!!

Easy to find, very friendly staff. Great and very clean rooms, hardly any noise from the corridor on our (5th) floor. Wifi was great and bed was very comfortable. Our dog was also welcome which was crucial for our stay.

The room temperature setting didn't change so it was a bit warm at night. We prefer to sleep a bit cooler so that would have been a bit more comfortable, but it wasn't really problematic.
