The service was good, room clean and bed very comfortable. Location is also great if you are travelling as it's easily accessible from the highway. I also stayed with my two cats, which can be stressful, but our stay was actually very comfortable due to the great reception. The room was close to the parking lot, so it was easy to get cats in and out of the hotel without them getting fussy.

It was unusually warm for the time of year, so that's probably why the heating was on a higher setting, but it meant that the room was quite warm inside. This is easily solved by opening the windows a little.

It was a really nice night. The studio was super clean and smoke free. The room was spacious and well organized. The bed was comfortable. The people from the hotel were friendly. The breakfast was nice and tasty. I recommend this hotel. It was very handy for us to stop and rest for the night. The location was optimal for us.

It was close to the railway. We would hear a cargo train every once in a while, but when the window is closed, we barely heard the noise.

This is a wonderful place to stay, especially with children. We had the family room and even extended our stay by one night because we loved it so much. The room was spacious, modern, timeless and incredibly clean. To our delight, the kids found a drawer filled with toys underneath one of the beds which provided much needed entertainment for them after a long drive. The breakfast was great too!

It’s just more of a general observation, but most places we have been outside of Germany provide their guests with water kettles to make tea/coffee in their rooms. This would have been a great addition to the room, maybe even with a small bar fridge, just to give guests the opportunity to have some tea or coffee in the evenings.

Freshly renovated fully equipped rooms, with free parking right outside. As we were traveling with a toddler a crib was prepared as requested. There is also a quite good restaurant with a nice Biergarten on the backside; guess it will be really nice especially on days with nice weather.

Common areas of the hotel, like the entrance, corridors etc are indeed outdated and would need some refreshing. Also it is located only a few meters from the railway and quite close to the motorway. For this the only solution is to sleep with the windows closed and you won’t have any problem sleeping.

The breakfast is served in a wonderful and charming restaurant. Plenty of choice and good coffee to start the day! Also, the restaurant offers a good selection of south German specialities. Vegetarian options are marked clearly on the menu. My single person room had a 1.5 bed, which is a great plus. And a view on the park. The housekeeping lady does a great job and is very friendly (as are the other staff members). Certainly a highlight of Karlsruhe hospitality!

The room on the upper floor felt a bit small due to the angled roof and the smaller window. The hotel is very close to an area where lots of train and road bridges meet, which means it can have extra city sounds. Nothing big, but something to get used to. One thing that was not so great was the pillows, they were simply too soft, even when folded once or twice. Next time I'll bring my own ;-)

Ideal place if you are travelling with kids and need a stopover for a night or two. It has a good restaurant to have a dinner, a big playground for kids and a beer garden for parents. We stopped there over night from our ski holidays and it was the best choice to recharge our batteries and for kids to have some fun on the way. Rooms are clean and specious. Private parking. Will definitely stop by there again!

The room was convenient and the staff friendly. Close to shopping center and walking area. Nice yard.

Some mornings some items of the breakfast were not enough.

The biergarten and kindergarten was nice to sit and watch the children. The beds were good.

Noisy rooms, we were here with our kids and every sound made by the neighbours was heard... Menu for dinner is pretty, lets say, back to the '90's. Vegetables are unknown here I guess? A dinner plate exists of meat and fries.... thats it... When asking for vegetables a zero f*cks anwer was given

Helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Car parking just outside. Very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant. Easy drive to autobahn. 10-15 mins walk to trams stop that connect to local and regional public transport enabling easy exploration of the city and surrounding area. 10 mins walk from a braustubl next to the Monniger brewery offering traditional beers and meals.

I very much enjoyed the help when I arrive 02:00 and they made it possible to access my room at the time.

The diversity of breakfast could have been larger, but it didn't ruin the experience.
