Breakfast, nice fresh coffee. Ideal for our stop over on the way from Poland to France. friendly and helpful staff. Good communication prior to arrival. Easy check in process.

Was a struggle to find a parking space without blocking other people in. The extra beds added to our double room for the kids, would be fine for young children. However, they were a bit small for our kids (17 & 13).

The hotel was located in a quiet suburb. The room was spacious enough with a large bathroom including wetroom for shower. The breakfast was simple but filling. The location is convenient for walking in the Bergpark but transport is required to get to the city centre.

Nothing really. The car park did get full up and I had to park on the access road but it was not a problem. Maybe it is worse when the hotel gets very busy.

The hotel was very cute, felt like it was very private and tucked away. There was free parking and a nice breakfast. The staff was very nice and the check in and out was very smooth.

We hoped to have rooms together as we booked 2 rooms for us and other family. One of the rooms had 2 twin beds together while the other had 2 twin beds separated which wasn't what we expected but it worked out ok.

Location was great! Staff was very responsive and friendly. Although the room was not big, there was kettle and tea/coffee available. Great value for money :)

The heating was not on when we arrived, need to contact the staff to turn it on, still waited until mid-night until the heating was working. The towel for the bathroom floor was not cleaned.

Very nice staff, beatiful house and nice surroundings. We spent just one night passing by and arrived very late, but the lovely ladies arranged everything for us even with a short notice. Very accommodating. Good quality of beds and linen.

Well, the possibility to choose how you’d like your egg boilt in the morning would be nice, but that’s a very small thing to comment on, overall…

The room was really big and comfortable - even with the baby crib open. super clean. the entire hotel was lovely. we stayed only one night for a 'technical stop' - hopefully we will back one day to explore the area. would definitely stay in this hotel again.

the pillows were not comfortable....they could definitely use a revamp.

We travel twice a year from UK to Poland and Kassel is a perfect stop for us. So glad we found this place this time. The room was a perfect size for us and our 6 and 9 year old. We had a double room with two extra beds. The room was clean, quiet and had tea and coffee making facilities. We asked for soya milk for breakfast and it wasn't a problem. The host was lovely and very friendly and the location perfect. We will be back in the winter.

Everything was perfect. Wish we had more time to explore.

It was really close to the Hercules tower. I'd say the best hotel to stay at to start your journey to the top of the monument. 10 minute walk. Personnel was really nice and explained everything. The room was very spacious and the bathroom really big and nice to use.

The beds were a bit hard for our backs.

we arrived a little late, so it was convenient that there was a key box so we could get in. the staff was very friendly.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but rather if you arrive late and need a meal, the options within walking distance are very limited and not something that can be counted on.

Super clean, great space and just 10min walk to the Hercules monument, pet friendly. A nice surprise was the tea and coffee facilities. We really enjoyed the stay.

The €15 per pet seems a bit steep (especially when traveling with more than one dog).
