A good sized room with great facilities. We particularly enjoyed a large walk-in shower and a lot of natural light in the room. Our dog was welcome for a small additional fee. Communication pre-check-in was great and instructions provided in case we needed to check-in late. Staff who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nicely located in a forest, peaceful area with outside terrace sitting to enjoy the fresh air. We were allowed to have breakfast with our four-legged family member outside on the terrace.

Breakfast was quite minimalistic and the staff we dealt with the next morning unfriendly to say the least. We felt welcome when checking-in but unwelcome when departing, which is a shame as otherwise it was a decent stay and we would recommend it to our friends.

This beautiful hotel was in a quiet area outside Kassel. Located just minutes away from the Hercules monument and a beautiful park with lots of other amazing things to see. The room was spacious. The hotel was located only about 10 minutes from downtown Kassel. There was no issue with parking onsite The staff were friendly and very helpful when needed.

The EV charger was not working at the time, but there were lots of places in Kassel to charge our car. Staff were not onsite in the evening.

Access to a restaurant during the day and being closed on Sundays. The hotel is a bit remote and there a very limited choices for restaurants when you are without a car.

location was great, easy tram and bus connection. Breakfast was very good but the waiters were a bit stressed out. I love the room, very clean and spacious.

bathroom was super tiny and time to enjoy the breakfast.

Clean simple rooms, comfortable beds. While the hotel itself does not have a restaurant, they recommended we walk a kilometre up to the Herkules monument, where there was a very good restaurant and an enjoyable walk.

The room is very clean, the staff is gentil and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The is a free parking place so you can leave your car in front of the hotel safely. Many thanks.

May be there should be an air conditioning in the room, but really we opened the windows and we had a fresh air during the night.

Quiet location in proximity to forest. Clean comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Outside Terrasse for breakfast etc.

Wonderful hotel very close to Bergpark (Hercules statue is just 20 minutes walk) with friendly staff, neat and cozy rooms, and a very reach breakfast.
