Spa facilities were good, staff friendly, location excellent

There was no air-conditioning in the room but would have preferred that than the 6 fans, not surprised at the electricity charge!

Lovely hotel clean and comfortable. Pool was nice . Nice rooftop area for having a drink . Once you got past the building sight on the lower roof.

Apart from the very young looking girl on the desk who was always smiling and pleasant staff there were hostile. Especially I presume was the manager at the desk . He should not be in this job . I had to ask for milk every day as they don't take milk in their tea or so I was told .So they don't supply it to the rooms. Car park wasn't close by and difficult to find. Even with instructions from the young girl on the desk . She did try and draw a map but we still had difficulty in finding it. We got thrown out of the sauna because we had bathing costumes on. Apperantly the Germans find them unhygienic. They prefer to go in the sauna nude . And the pool . Don't say i didn't warn you. Once you've seen one weiner you've seen them all 😆

I like the hotel including the sauna and swimmingpool. The main reason to book this hotel. Thte beds are really good in this hotel, also bathroom and nice clear and quiet rooms.

there are big difference between the staff. The tall skinny (old) man at the desk is very unpleasant, not friendly and surly. Other staff is friendly and very helpful. Also it was the first time I had to pay for the sauna as Hotelquest. After many time this is the first time, and it's not friendly. The hotel tries to recover a lot of costs from the guest, for example also energy costs 7,50 per day. This is not actual anymore and has to be included in the roomprice. For everything you have to pay extra. Positiv is the minibar, prices are good for the drinks, not expensive. Neighborhood is good and quiet, but near to restaurants and Neumarkt, Rudolfplatz.

We were on a mates weekend away in Köln and loved Mauritius Hotel. The highlight has to be the naked spa, one of our group in particular was giddy with excitement, and who could disagree. Location is good, bedroom is nice and basic (some good tunes on the TV). Lovely slippers. Breakfast is ok, adequate. They did a good job in fairness with keeping everything safe with Covid restrictions. All staff friendly and helpful. Overall a really nice hotel, great value, wouldn’t be bringing the family though.

Very big and well equipped room for 3persons. Everything clean, new and beatiful. A pitty that we could not enjoy the pool and the thermes&spa. Next time!

In the check in the receptionist was simply too cold. No welcome, no smile, just the minimum. First time we have such a welcome in a hotel. The other receptionist and specially the one who I think was the manager (the not so young one) were nice and ok. We did not like the charge for electricity of around 25eur for 3 nights. First time we see this.

The location is well located in my opinion. The hotel is located in a quiet area that can be reached after a walk from the station. This hotel has very good value for money. Very nice that you have the option to go to the wellness center (it costs €10/pp)

Asking for extras for someone's birthday is apparently a strange question here. We had a nice time ourselves, customer friendliness of the staff could be better.

This property is in a good, central location for touring Cologne. Neighborhood was quiet.

Our room was in the back of the property, right above the property's spa pool. Until the pool closed at 11 p.m., we could hear quite a bit of noise from the spa. The WIFI at this property was the worst I have encountered at a hotel. We had to repeatedly login in to the WIFI only to get kicked off minutes later. Definitely a drawback as some of our family relied on WIFI instead of cellular service on our trip. The staff wasn't able to correct this problem when we brought it to their attention.

The hotel is located in a nice location in a quiet street. It is clean and warm. The reception staff is friendly. The pool restaurant is nice and has a good selection of food and drinks. The pool is small, but there are plenty of rooms for relaxation. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

When we received the key to the room, we were given a map of the way to the room. You have to go outside from the reception and go around the whole hotel to get into the area of ​​the hotel where the rooms are. It's strange, but it didn't bother me much. There is no room service for ordering coffee, it was really necessary. The pool and spa caused the most discomfort because all the guests were completely naked. Women and men together. We were warned that we were wearing swimwear and they asked us to take it off. Rules in this hotel. It's certainly not for children, so if you're coming with a family, you should know that the pool is only for adults. The massage is too expensive and very gentle. I had no massage sensation. That would have to be much better.

We took a vacation of 4 days in cologne for the Christmas time. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Quiet. large room and large shower. Big and comfortable double bed. The hotel is close to the center. 15 min walk to any site in the city and close to the subway/streetcar (and of course close to the markets). The team is very nice and let us stay in the lobby to wait to our flight after the check-out (even that the hotel was closed for the holyday). Good atmosphere. Great spa area with a lot of saunas of any type. Very very big TV screen. Great breakfast with everything you can think of. We enjoyed the stay very much and we will surly return. Very recommended.

There were some very minor things that didn't affect our enjoyment at all: There was no Electric Kettle (to make tea/coffee) – but the team supplied us one :-) Wifi has disconnections - needed re-entering the user/password again from time to time. No air-condition in the room, but there is a great heating We were missing Electrical outlets in the room (to charge the phones)– we found only one. We got two single blankets, instead of one big one (but it was ok for us :) The pools and most of the Jacuzzis were with cold water (probably because of the Energy crisis( - it would be better to close some of the saunas (there were too many) and instead, warm one of the pools.
