incredible view from the balcony. our room had all the amenities we needed. Clean, cozy, comfortable. In the evening we relaxed in the bath, sauna and swimming pool. Fully satisfied with breakfasts and dinners. The staff was helpful and friendly. The place is very beautiful, the nature is stunning

Was here for three nights on a solo trip with my motorcycle for relaxation in late March. Nice location, very quiet with a terrific panorama! The setting looks like a prototypical south-German postcard! Style is a nice mix of modern and traditional south German. Perfectly clean. Nice restaurant and restaurant staff. Gorgeous breakfast. Very nice spa and gym, roomy and can be used for real (not just a tub and a yoga mat, but a large private wellness center, with a wonderful view and a nice design). Essential, well designed room with balcony, pretty large for a solo traveler. Private parking very close to the entrance.

Small parts of the spa were not operative on workdays, possibly due to the low number of guests in the low season and only recent relaxation of Corona state regulations. Not everybody from the staff was warm or welcoming, but after twenty five years and dozens of trips to beautiful Germany, I can say it is not uncommon in this country, they don’t do like that in purpose. Restaurant closed at 8 pm for dinner, which I feel is somewhat too early for those on vacation. Dogs were allowed in the inside restaurant, something I personally don’t feel comfortable with for hygiene.

The room was modern and spacious....very large bathroom with nice bathtub and shower. I am a golfer...so to have the fab practice facility and course right outside my door was ace! I did not have a chance to experience the wellness facilities, but hope to do so in the future. The staff was super! All were friendly and professional dealing with an English speaking guest.

Room was lovely and spacious. Very clean and well appointed.

Air con would be a bonus - it was difficult to sleep but in fairness it was exceptionally warm weather.

Best place, for people who looks for a silent, nature and best views. Huge room, with a best aq. Veru friendy and helpfull staff. Highly recomended

The location, views, cleanliness, and spa facilities are lovely, and the grounds are nice and dog-friendly too!

The carpeted rooms are not ideal for a dog, the shower was tiny, and there’s no air conditioning or minibar. Neither is there a fan, so the overall comfort was lacking. The service in the restaurant, though friendly, was unfortunately very slow. We would get our meal delivered and then wouldn’t see the staff again. Although breakfast is supposed to be available until 11 a.m., by 9:30 a.m., there were already very few items left. The food was just okay, and the room we stayed in felt pretty tired. I think they do a good job with branding because the pictures and marketing make it look much fresher and better than the reality.
