The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed breakfast. Is near the central station, which is very convenient and is not that far from the central area.

Standard rooms are smaller compared to other hotels from the same range. We struggled with clothes because there was no wardrobe, only a few hangers. But you have to keep your coats there as well. At least a drawer would have been nice. We didn't enjoy the room temperature, but maybe this is only our preference. The thermostat is set at 21 degrees and you can only go until 23. Usually, this is the same temperature that we are going to, but the room was cold especially where the air was coming out.

Everything was right with the hotel. New- spotless great bar and the hotel staff were great. Walking distance to most things in central Leipzig, we even walked the 2.6 km to the Red Bull Arena. A similar price class to other 3 plus/4 star hotels the difference being it’s a brand new hotel with really nice beds and it is spotless. The breakfast was only ok not quite on par with the rest of the hotel. But I think that will get better. Great coffee. It’s not a Scandinavian breakfast but acceptable! Again the staff were great. A shout out to the young lady in reception who helped me change rooms to a twin. Excellent service!!! Thank You

New, clean. Felt special

First and foremost is cleanliness. If I can walk barefoot freely and sit on the toilet without being afraid to get a disease, then the hotel and staff have done a great job. The designers in choosing materials and colors to make us feel this way and the staff to keep it clean. The garage beneath the hotel with elevator access straight to your floor is convenient. In and out the garage with license plate recognition adds to comfort as well. I also love the USB 3/C charging facility next to our bed. Complimentary infused water, fruits and bread snacks is the cherry on top.

A password for wifi access is a must these days. I didn't use it because the network is not protected. This is a huge minus but what I sadly see in 9 of the 10 hotels I visit. The electric charging station in the garage requires some kind of pass. No way I can charge my car otherwise. This is a huge minus too. For future layout: I'd place the ticket machine next to the entrance of the hotel but I guess the parking is shared with apartments on the back and they got priority. It was not clear whether parking just outside the hotel is free or not (we didn't see any parking machine and there were cars parked already and it's holiday season) - staff couldn't give a satisfying answer as well.

Staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We liked the location and the design of the hotel.

Booked twin beds but hotel could not confirm this prior to visit. When we arrived there were none available even though it was still showing they were available on the booking site. Mentioned to staff who were very apologetic and gave us some treats. It did not spoil our stay.

Great room, comfortable bed, good breakfast with a great selection.

Early evening reception staff were slow and disinterested. Didn’t give me the room I had booked and when I got to the room the door key didn’t work, they hadn’t allocated it to the room! Other staff on reception were amazing and breakfast staff were very good.

Modern, brand new hotel with stylish design and qualitative amenities. Easily accessible from the airport, very close to the railway station (7min) and the city center (15 min walking distance). The staff is very polite. Overall very good value for money.

Very comfortable beds and rooms with great facilities. The staff are all lovely and they welcome guests with dogs. Secure parking available at a cost of €24 per day but parking is free on the street. I would stay here again always

Amazing hotel. Very clean, very well located, with cosy atmosphere and the service is excellent. The stuff is very caring. I had a pleasant stay there I can only recommend and will definitely book again. The Breakfast is very good with large choices. Big thanks to the stuff

Friendly staff, free water and fruits in the lobby, good location.

We had an issue with the heating system, we couldn't set the temperature as high as we wanted. The system didn't respond. However, it was not cold in the room.
