The location is very close to the city center, in any case, tram stops are in front of the hotel and it takes 10 minutes walk to reach the central station. The room was super quiet and with all comforts. The little welcome gift makes you feel very welcome! The staff is super nice and available. We could also leave our luggage both at arrival since we arrived before check-in time, and when we left since our train was later in the afternoon after check-out. I already booked again for next year!

We didn't book the breakfast since 20 euros per person didn't seem worth it to us, but this is a subjective matter. There is WIFI but it's open (without a password) and didn't feel very safe using it.

The room was big enough and well organized, with closets and outlets on both sides of the bed. The bathroom was clean and well laid out. The beds were extra clean and super comfortable.

I wouldn't say I like traveling in Germany and only having the possibility to watch German tv. Some hotels have international channels or some sort of Youtube connection. This one didn't have any. I know nobody cares about that, but I like keeping the tv on when I wake up to keep track of time, which didn't work here.

Art Hotel has a good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and bright. There was coffee/tea set, AC and good WiFi connection. Breakfast was tasty and varied.

Unfortunately bathroom/toilet was not cleaned properly. We claimed it and very kind receptionist cleaned it herself, cause there was nobody from housekeeping at this time of the day. The other thing we noticed and found it very unpleasant were huge spiders and spiderwebs on the windows outside. Kind of creepy.

It was a little too dusty and people with allergies get uncomfortable sleeping, when the immune system goes to sleep mode. Even it was very clear that the hotel is located in the center, in my opinion it was too noisy. The sound isolation should get an upgrade. The pillows are too large in thickness and too form stable. This makes it impossible to use them. It is a good idea to offer allergic pillows but with much less filling. My suggestion: Bring your own pillow, if possible!

Nice size room with a balcony which was very nice to have our lunch on. Outlets and shelf by the bed were nice. I could put my books on it as well as charge my iPhone.

No microwave to use. I get they are being more green and sustainable which I like. The soaps were silly though. They were a square the size of a lozenge and individually wrapped in paper. I think it would be better to have pump soaps in the shower instead which wouldn’t created any trash then.

The hotel is located close to the city center and is easily reached even on foot. The interior of the hotel itself and the rooms are very nice. The room is clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. The gifts were lovely.

1. Since we arrived after 10 pm, we had to enter the hotel using the Hotelbird app. I'd recommend everyone to avoid this method unless they want to have a nervous breakdown or pay 100 € for support (not a joke). This app's supposed to work via Bluetooth, so you'd rather curse the entire world than unlock the doors. 2. The mattress was hard as stone. Think twice if you have any lower back issues.

It was a great room for a family (we had the family room), it had lots of space. We were only there for one night, passing through Leipzig as a stopover. But we talked about that if we ever go to Leipzig, this might be a really good hotel to stay. Especially good value for money.

It is great that the place offers a garage, but be aware that the garage is very narrow, and needs good navigation skills to get in and out of the garage, if your car isn't a tiny one.

lack of any onsite support after 10pm. i didnt actually need any such support, but it was a worry that for example if i left my key in the room, or it stopped working for some reason, and i was out after 10pm, then i would have to just sit in the train station all night as no support available. at a minimum i think there shold be an out-of-hours emergency telephone number.

The hotel is very clean and has many useful facilities in the room (kettle, hair dryer etc.) - so without contacting with the reception desk you have everything what is needed. Moreover, hotelbird app used for a night check in worked without any problems - so I recommend this option, even though reception was closed at the time I checked in.

Breakfast is too expensive to the proposed option to my opinion.

Location close to public transport. Cleanliness. Checkout very fast, which was just as well as the booking,com checkout link did not work.

Curtains did not block out the light, so as the room faced east I was woken by the sun very early. Would have liked a trouser press rather than just an iron available at reception.
