Hotel Anno 12160

This is a really elegant hotel in an historic merchant's house, which has been beautifully converted without losing its character. I was given a warm welcome, even though I arrived earlier than expected and all the arrangements were explained very carefully. The hotel isn't staffed all the time but there are contact numbers available for out of hours support. Most of the rooms are on the first floor but help was provided with my luggage. There's a good supply of water, wine and other drinks which added to the experience.

Everything about the hotel suited me perfectly. It wouldn't be the place to stay if you wanted a lively party, but that's unlikely to be your reason for choosing Lubeck as a destination.

Comfortable room in elegantly modernised historical building. Location, location, location - for thé most part quiet at night. I stayed in room 5 overlooking the side street, very hot and stuffy despite both windows opened fully all night. A small fan provided but not ‘up to the job’

No laundry service offered; when travelling (unless you travel with lots of clothes) then it is necessary to launder clothes. No lift although staff helped carry the bags upstairs

Location is very nice. Hotel itself is a historic place. Staff were kind.

The hotel is very nice, but lacks any kind of atmosphere. Considering it is an old building it would have been easy to make it a cosy place with a warm atmosphere in the lounge/reception area and in the room. Owners should engage an interior designer to have the hotel updated to same cosy standard as Fishers Loft Hotel. It certainly has the potential. Breakfast was not worth EUR 10.

The hotel, as the entire city is a real museum. The rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. The bed was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The staff went a step further in ensuring my comfort. I warmly recommend this hotel especially for business trips.

There is nothing I can think of that in one way or another disturbed my comfort. Everyone is very outgoing and welcoming and they will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great organization for late night arrivals.

Prime waterfront location in altstadt, great modern interior in room with well preserved historical ambiance. Oldest building in town second to the Cathedral ( hence the name) minibars in the corridor, nice individually served breakfast.Close to everywhere, easy access parking in and oudoors nearby, felt safe. Comfortable beds and elegant bathrooms.Helpful friendly staff.

This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located at the edge of Lübeck's old city, easily reached from the station and close to the heart of city at the Marienkirche. The staff were very helpful and able to accomodate my early check-in and allowed me to leave my bags at reception after check-out. The beautiful room was comfortable and spacious. I would very gladly come back the next time I'm in Lübeck!

Luxurious hotel in central location. Retains its original features but updated for today's lifestyle. Well furnished room and bathroom - Comfortable bed prompting a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff making it a very pleasant stay. About 10 minute walk from station.

Not a lot, but would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facility in the room.

The location, overlooking the river Trave, was excellent - quiet at night and calm during the day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The room was clean, spacious and welcoming.

I had two wonderful days (Lübeck is a great place to visit and to stay at) and I am not sure that I wanted to leave!

Very well located hotel in the old town of Lübeck. Situated in a stunning old gabled building which has been very cleverly modernised internally. Room had old beams but modern comforts. Good Light breakfast offered at €10. Easy on street parking nearby,

The hotel was in a stunning, historic building. The bedroom was a really good size, with lovely features and a great bathroom. It was in a great location, overlooking the river and close to both the town centre and train station.
