Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable room. I arrived by train and it was just a 5 minute walk around the corner to the hotel. I checked in and received help to carry my luggage upstairs. I admired my beautiful view behind the hotel from my window. Then I walked about 10 minutes to explore the town and had a lovely dinner near the water. I had a quiet German style breakfast at the hotel the next day and then headed out to explore the town. After some shopping and lunch, I returned to the hotel for a comfortable nap. Then I headed out for dinner near the water. I would definitely return.

Comfy, spacious room + cheap yet good quality breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for those travelling by public transport.
Shower was a really small niche in the bathroom, with some traces of mold however one could see a lot of effort the owners put in keeping it clean and usable. Overall not a big issue, totally usable.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, we travel with our dog and it was great to stay at a pet friendly place. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good.
Not a hugh problem and we managed with our luggage - we were staying at the top floor (3rd) but unfortunately there's no elevator.

Very nice staff, perfect location if you come by public transport. Bus station right in front and train station 2 minutes away. My room had a good size, it was calm and I could sleep well. Wifi worked perfectly. I do not see anything negative about this place.

Great ubication, around 10 min walking from the train station and 10 min from the old city main gate. Clean and comfortable room. Small family and friendly hotel.

Well located for the train station. Short walk into Lubeck. Room was quiet. The single room was quite small but more than adequate. Bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were fine. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The stay as a whole was very good value.

Very nice hotel. The decoration is typical german. The personal very kind with us. We had breakfast there and was very taste! The location is incredible (only passing a road from train station).

The hotel is very well situated just opposite the main train/bus station - very convenient! And not far from the centre either. It is particularly suitable for an overnight stay. The staff were extremely friendly and more than willing to help me out with a problem with my bus ticket.
