I had booked a studio that was located in a newly renovated building close to the KO15 itself. This suite had serviced apartments with kitchenette and bathrooms. Smokers could sit open-air in a small inner courtyard with chairs and table. For children there was an outdoor playground.

Traditional building well renovated into serviced apartments . Main attractions could be reached on foot. The KO15 Hotel itself with Lobby and adjacent restaurant was just across the street.

Our room wasn’t at the main building, it’s at the different street but just 2 min walking. The room had a small kitchen with all things you might need. They offered water but no coffee or tea in the room. you have a small drip coffee maker and a water boiler. It was very clean and very silent. It was just a nice stay in the middle of the city of Lübeck.

the only bad thing is parking. The hotel offers a parking place but it’s 12€ per night and also it’s a long one way street. You have to do a long drive round the city to enter the hotel. (not talking about the main building). To park outside the city at the Gustav Radbruch Platz is for free and just 8 min walking. so better to leave the car there.

The location

The annex. One of us stayed in the hotel and we have stayed in the hotel before. It is excellent. This time we were in the annex and it was very disappointing. Very cramped and nowhere to eat if we had prepared a meal (we didn't). Al;so we arrived late and the only instruction on how to find the annex was a postal address. In the dark it took us ages to find it. A diagrammatic map or simple instruction would have been much better.

Comfortable and convenient and spotlessly clean. Very happy with the facilities, we stayed in the building across the road and had two rooms next to eachother. Comfortable, modern and very clean. Walking distance to most things, nicely located on lovely square in the old town

Duvets are rather small so you may want to ask for an extra duvet if you get cold

superb location in the city centre. we stayed in the annexe which had some basic but easily sufficient cooking facilities and a little courtyard which was great for sitting and having a snack or coffee. room was spotless and very comfortable and although small had ample storage space. also had secure parking which was a real bonus

Lovey hotel top speck Great staff location is 5, mins walk from main square, right beside big lovely church bus stop right outside. Staff especially the man that does be there he looks like Timo Werner the German footballer, what a agreat guy can't do enough for you. Top class such a refreshing welcome..

Nothing at all

Very good service and communication even before arrival. Super nice room. Clean and functional, cosy. Great view into inner yard. Exceptionally friendly staff during breakfast. Easy choice when travelling with small children

It might be good to point out there's an elevator,and it's location more clearly. During our late night arrival we were unaware.

The rooms were clean and large enough. The bathroom was large and bright with good amenities. The hotel is just a 10 mins walk from the heat of Lübeck. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very friendly.

Some rooms are right next to a busy street so it could get loud during the day.

~Location was good- I am familiar with Luebeck as visit every year with work. Breakfast was good and enough variety for a vegetarian. very clean. Lovely powerful shower

room was a little small or the placement of the wardrobe made the room feel small. was ok for 2 nights, but for a longer stay I would like a bigger room

Very central location and still very quiet. The extra large double bed was really big, no false promises here. Clean and cosy.

the kitchen was not equipped with any basics (e.g. salt and pepper) and there was no room service during the entire stay (which mean toilet paper wasn’t stocked up, trash wasn’t emptied)
