The hotel is on a nice location, just across the main train station. It is on walking distance to the Lübeck city centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and gave us useful informations about the city. We loved to play table football in the lobby. Breakfast had good choice of food. Overall, very nice experience. For recommendation!

The only cosmetic for hygiene is a shampoo for all purposes- hand, body and hair. The hotel could offer something better.

Nice decor/design, it all felt clean and modern. The breakfast was brilliant - great and varied options in the buffet. Beds very comfy! Hotel is in a good location literally right in front of the main train station and bus station, and it's about 15-20 minute walk into the old town of Lübeck. Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke both English and German. We asked for a late check out and it was €15 for 2 extra hours.

Nothing major. The bedroom was a bit small - we had a standard double room and it was hard to open the bathroom door because it was so close to the wardrobe rail.

Sparkling clean and cozy, really nice design and equipped with everything you might need! Our main reason for choosing this hotel was because we had an early train in the morning and the train station is right across the street, literally one minute away. However, it is also quite close to the city center, about 10 minutes walk. Our stay here was short, however very pleasant! We're definitely staying here next time, too.

The mattress... It's supposed to be a double bed but there are two separate mattresses and naturally they move and a space gets created between them (otherwise very comfortable bed!)

Great Location, the deluxe room was modern and very comfortable, good beds. You can park nearby at Hbf for only 4,5€/day

Room Service came while we were still in the room and did not return. The second day I specifically asked for the room to be cleaned and they assured me they always try again later if the room is occupied but they never did, so we stayed 3 nights and no one one cleaned our room or changed or towels

Very nice, newly restyled / refurbished hotel, large and tastefully furnished rooms with super comfy beds, fabulous breakfast. Central location.

Not ideal but still quite ok parking possibilities a couple of hundred meters from the hotel. Many rooms are in a part of the building that's not directly connected to the reception and breakfast hall, so you need to go out on the street and walk 30-40 m around the corner to go from these rooms to reception or breakfast, but not a big deal.

The location is perfect: the hotel is literally just steps away from the central station (where you can take the train to larger cities). The city centre is about 10-15 minutes by foot, but you can also take one of the many busses. And please allow me to give you an advice: if you travel to Lübeck during the Summer, you can buy a 9-Euro ticket which is valid during the entire month and can be used for travelling to Hamburg! You can purchase this ticket in the ticket office at the train station (which is located on the other side of it). The reception staff is very polite and professional. My room was quite little, but very cosy and fancy. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, the shower had a very powerful stream. It wasn't very warm in Lübeck during my stay (cloudy and about 19C°), but the room was pleasantly warm. My room was very quiet, even though I lived on the 1st floor and had windows facing the train station)

There are no shower caps in the bathroom, but I noticed that in recent years many European hotels do not offer those anymore (probably for the sake of saving the environment). When I go travelling and stay at hotels, I always bring my own shower cap with me, so please be aware of this and remember to pack a shower cap when you stay here :-) It wasn't an issue for me at all, but there were no closets in the room: you have to hang your clothes on the open racks. But maybe it's just my room which was like that.

perfect location, friendly and cool reception with what you need. very clean and you could control the radiator to your likening. Not some noisy air-con that just makes you sick from draft anyway. Really recommendable. Akso parking close by at only 4,5€ per 24 hours.

our room had 2 single mattresses which is not what you want when you order a double room. it probably said so on the booking, perhaps my own fault or none were available with a single bed. however, why ever have a double bed with single mattresses? A full sized cover mattress would have made it perfect.

Just in front of the main train station. Restaurants and grocery store in the close neighbourhood. Old town, riverside, park within 10-15 minutes walk. I was on the 4th floor and the room was silent, modern, new, clean, cozy. Good heating. Nice bathroom. Big screen TV. Comfy bed. 3 pillows. Excellent breakfast. 0/24 reception. Super nice staff.

I missed a desk and a wardrobe from my room. But it was a single bed room so I can understand the compromises. Beside those I couldn't complain at all.

Great location within easy walk of the city and right at the train and bus stations. I received a friendly welcome and the check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The room was rather hot (it was an unusually warm day) and there was some noise during the evening from the bus station when I opened the window. But it was quieter during the night.

There are so many good things to say about this hotel. Friendly staff that let me check in early after a long hot travel day, a nice bar in the lobby to relax in. The room was super nice, great bed, clean, nice bathroom, ability to cast from phone to the screen. It's a really comfortable place to stay.

Location is good as next to train station, however it's a little walk to the Altstadt which is why you come to Lübeck in the first place. Not a big thing, but expect a little walk to restaurants and sights. Minor thing but there were nowhere to place my bag, looked like there was supposed to be an armchair in the corner but it was missing.
