We booked a standard room, but were upgraded to the junior suit. We were also allowed to check out 2 hours later w/o extra cost. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The room was clean and wi-fi reception was perfect.

We booked this hotel because of the possibility of a room service, but once we checked in we were told the restaurant was closed because of some event.

Breakfast was excellent. Very kind people. The staff in the restaurant was also helpful if you needed some recommendation about touristic places.

They forgot a couple of days to clean our room. Maybe because it was Christmas time and the staff was not enough

Exceptional boutique hotel and restaurant in Mering, close to Augsburg and on main rail line from Munich thereto. Excellent bedroom and bathroom, wonderful evening meal and outstanding breakfast the following morning. 10 out of 10.

Lovely and accommodating staff who were happy to stay late for our short notice arrival after a cancelled flight! Rooms were the biggest I've come across in my travels and had all the amenities of a studio flat for a really great price. Great gated parking and an overall lovely atmosphere- would certainly stay here again if I'm ever in the region.

Room was really nice, we actually got an upgrade to some sort of apartment, very big room with small open kitchen. Location was great, close to center and reasonably close to highway (we stopped for one night on the way to home ). They have restaurant that serves local food and beer. We enjoyed a nice Bavarian dinner and breakfast had a good variety

Nothing to complain

A very modern, clean hotel just outside the altstadt. The name makes you wonder, but do not know how many borders they have. Breakfast was exceptional, with everything you could want. Would certainly stay here again. Restaurant was closed while we were there.

The room was very spacious, well-equipped and homely. The shower was amazingly powerful! There was a great sun terrace.

The cooked breakfast was small for the price (unfortunately I don't like the buffet food)

Underground secure car park, lovely greeting at reception, room was upgraded as hotel was quiet and everything very clean, breakfast was very fresh and lots of variety.

Very friendly, quick, supportive staff and all with a smile. Very good breakfast, complete and delicious. Nice quiet room. Can recommend for business and private traveling.

the staff are not always at the reception; you might need to go find them in the kitchen or elsewhere sometimes.
