The room was clean an the hotel is located next to a forest, there was fresh air when I opened the window. Due to the location, there is no traffic noise. There are a lot of parking places in the area, there is no need to book a parking lot.

The breakfast was expensive for what it has offered. Some food was not replaced when it run out. The room was rather noisy. At the first day I had to regulate the switch of the cold water in order to have warm water. The warm water came always with a delay. Regarding WiFi I had to login every couple of hours.

The hotel is ideally located if you're visiting the Neu Isenberg business district, within walking distance of the local office buildings. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with bathroom apparently updated recently. The reception team are among the most friendly and helpful I've ever dealt with. Breakfast is the usual continental style, very well prepared and presented. There is a small bar area with food options. At the time of my visit the hotel wasn't able to serve evening meals.

Really hard to think of anything I didn't like! The hotel is a little outside of town, so you'll need to walk, or catch a bus if you want to get to the town centre or shopping mall. The staff was very kind and hospitable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel provides a safe, covered parking garage. Good price/value. Perfect location for a sleep/park/fly combination to Frankfurt airport.

We arrived late in the evening. The bar was closed and could not buy some food, but we could buy some drinks.

The staff were all good. Restaurant staff were very helpful. We booked one bedroom queen suite with sofa bed. The room was large had two toilets, two tv's and a small kitchenette, we were very happy with the room.

We had stayed the night before in Holiday inn Airport hotel Berlin so we had something to compare things to. The only negative would be the breakfast quality. There was a very big difference between the quality and range items for the breakfast.

A special thanks to the receptionists working on the evening of the 14th of May and the lady working in the morning of the 17th of May. Sorry, didn't catch the names but really wanted to express the gratitude. The receptionists working on the 14th were super friendly and super thankful!! And the lady working on the 17th was really sweet!! People like this are the reason the stay becomes even more enjoyable. Also would like to thank the cleaning personal. Was so sweet to find the room always clean!

Very pleasant stay we had. The manager is excellent. Ran into booking difficulties and I ranged the hotel numerous times. The manager picked the phone up numerous time and he was patient and very pleasant. This was 2nd time stayed in the same hotel in Frankfurt and I'm not going anywhere else. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

The staff very very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was very easy to find it, and not too far from Frankfurt Airport (the hotel offers a shuttle bus service)

There was not much choice for food, and that could be improved; No room service either.

Very good breakfast, came with a small dog, good location close to the forest for walking the dog, not far from the centre, fridge in the room.

Not far from Frankfurt Airport, nice size room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Dog friendly with some walks close by.

No shuttle to the airport. Taxi 10-15 min (30 - 35 EUR), but public transportation close (bus x19 to airport).
