Very good breakfast .

I do feel the hotel, styling itself four stars, should offer tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. And more foyer amenities. After breakfast time there is absolutely nothing for refreshment until the following morning. One arrives, tired after the journey, nothing; one wakes in the night needing a hot drink , nothing! Having a mini fridge in the room is no substitute. The Bar on ground floor is closed; there is minimal seating in the Reception area to relax or welcome guests. There are no coffee shops or cafes in the neighbourhood to help fill a need. Really, of all the 4 Frankfurt hotels I have stayed at over the years, this offers the least facilities for its star rating and price category.

Fair price and clean room. Their toilet is modern.They didn’t provide the kettle in the room but you can find it in the reception on request.

location is little bit far from Frankfurt Central. For breakfast, you need to take Covid test within 24 hours otherwise you can’t take the breakfast even if you’re vaccinated.

This was my third stay this year,I use Hotel Cult because I get great value. The hotel is an ideal location which gives you a very enjoyable walk into the middle of the City. As a lone traveller I feel very safe walking in & out of the City day or night. The locality also has all the facilities needed nice restaurants interesting buildings & a real nice character to it. The buffet style breakfast is realy great value it has plenty of choice & everything is fresh. Lots of fresh fruit, lovely selection of cheese including lovely soft cheese. Plenty of eggs, scrambled or boiled. There are also a selection of german sausages on offer. A great selection of bread,sliced or you can choose from a variety of hot seeded or plain rolls ,white or brown. The usuall juices & all the coffee you can drink is dispensed from the self service machines. If you are a meat eater then there is a great choice of cold meats also available. All included in your room price so its great value. Almost forgot the bathroom facilities are very good, soap is supplied but best of all is the power shower. Abundant hot water beautiful fresh feeling towels. Bed linen is modern fresh and clean with lots of big pillows. The rooms have a good stocked mini bar and a great big screen T V. Almost forgot Lidl is across the street and a well stocked petrol service station is a short step away. Public transport is at most 2 minutes away, getting you to the airport in 35 minutes. Perfect just perfect.

Large window looking towards trees No road noise when window was closed Directly opposite Lidl The petrol station with car wash, free air and small supermarket, ideal for sunday when all other shops are closed is also nearby Trams and underground station short walking distance, so easy to get into Frankfurt city Lots of choice at breakfast, meats, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, german sausage, bread rolls, toasts, jams, filter coffee as well as a machine for all other varieties. Fruit teas. Orange juice. Bread and eggs were frequently topped up. Very little noise heard from other guests

You could open our window, which was more like a glass door, onto a flat roof covered in plants, unfortunately other guests have used it to smoke on and left their discarded cigarette butts. Maybe a container for them could be placed there for that purpose. No tea/coffee facilities in the room At busy breakfast times cereal bowls, cups, spoons could run out and there could be a short wait for them to be replenished

Only few vegetarian options for breakfast. No vegan option. Breakfast only for take away.

Amazing value for money. Functional and modern rooms with all amenities needed for a short stay. Earliest check-in time is 1pm. Convenient location right next to a train station makes it easy & fast to travel to the airport or visit the city center. Friendly staff members. I personally liked the breakfast to go that has to be eaten inside the room due to Covid restrictions. It consists of sandwiches, fruits, boiled eggs, juices, tea & coffee.

Room could have been slightly cleaner. I found hair in the bathroom and on the bed. Due to the low price, the hotel unfortunately attracts all sorts of people. Noise level can be high at times.

Room was clean the staff were helpful and freindly . special thanks to Oscar, he helped us alot with our questions and requests. the location was excellent so close to train station and super market.

The hotel is situated immediately opposite a tram stop and the S-bahn station with its direct connection to Frankfurt airport. Check-in was speedy and professional. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was good and the staff were continuously monitoring and replenishing the food. Wi-Fi in our room was stable and fast. In fact we couldn't fault the place at all. There's not much in the immediate vicinity. There is a Lidl just across the road. The Alter Seehof on Seehofstraase is a friendly and cosy bar/restaurant which is a 6-minute walk away. Public transport in Frankfurt is frequent, reliable and cheap. Best to invest in a day ticket which is valid on all buses, trams, and railway in the city and explore further afield. For parties of 3-5 people, the group ticket is the cheapest.

The hotel's location was convenient for the purposes which brought me to Frankfurt. The hotel was clearly rennovated within the last few years, but it's not like the pictures on the web illustrate. My room was definitely quiet, as it was not on the street-facing side of the hotel.

The windows of my roome opened up onto a cement wall approx. 1m away -- not much to look at. The bathroom shower was impressive, until I turned it on and water began to flood the floor of my bathroom.

The hotel has a good location, in a safe and pleasant area. There is a metro station very close (3 minutes) that gives access to the city center, the central station and, still (bonus), the airport with a single line. It is also possible to walk to the old town (about 30 minutes). Breakfast is very good with many food options.

There is no possibility of late checkout. Sometimes the room cleaning lady doesn't knock on the door before entering.
