I had quite an exciting experience staying on the 24th floor of this hotel. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel's lobby gave us the feeling of something luxurious but then, when you walked into the room, all the excitement vanished. The rooms were outdated. The coffee machine barely worked. I wished I could have the kettle.

We got our room early which was amazing, and it was spacious for three. Also the air-conditioning worked well! The breakfast was good, the selection was good for vegetarians as well and I especially enjoyed the tea selection. The location was alright as the bus stops were right in front of the hotel, but only buses went to the centre from the hotel. The staff was nice to us all the times we needed something. The fridge was a great addition to the room to keep our drinks cold!

We had a decent sized balcony but we couldn't use it as it was usually occupied by pigeons and they had messed it up. There also weren't any chairs on the balcony. We did think the carpet flooring was a bit gross. The plug in the bathroom did not work and the hairdryer not being in the bathroom was a little weird, there was no mirror close enough to the hairdryer. All in all the furniture could use some updating and the bathtubs especially.

breakfast range and quality was fantastic. Breakfast hostess and staff were warm and efficient. view from our room was good. Good size room and beds. Easy access to public transport into the city.

Reception staff very offhand on our arrival at about 8:30 am from Australia. Showed no interest in advising us how to fill in the time till 3pm when our room ‘might’ be ready. on our return at 2:00 we waited till 3:15 for our room, in fact only received our room at 3:15 after watching many others arrive, including small groups, directly from airport/station (they had luggage whereas ours had been left in the morning) and be roomed before us. A disappointing introduction to your hotel and to Germany for 2 well-travelled mature ladies who have stayed in Leonardo Hotels elsewhere and had more positive beginnings.

The rooms were spacious, the view was nice. You get to see great sunrises. The breakfast was varied, well-organized and delicious. The hotel is in a quiet and nice neighbourhood, but for people who want to only walk might be quite far from the centre. However, there is a bus station right in front of the hotel. There is also a supermarket nearby.

Cleaning system could be improved or more exactely the information on it - let us know when and how are the rooms cleaned daily - does someone take the trash, etc.?. The restaurant is only open in the afternoon, after 17:00h.

I loved the stay in this hotel and can't imagine having chosen another one for Frankfurt!!! The main best thing was the high building, the view was even from the "normal" room so so beautiful, over the city... the room was so spacious and had a balcony, that's unbelievable!!😍 the room was clean and being cleaned also in the mornings. If i ever visit Frankfurt again, i will definitely stay in that hotel again, everything was just perfect.

It's a perfect stay after a long flight with a wonderful skyline view. I did an upgrade for an upper room with a nice view to the skyline of frankfurt. The room was huge and clean, especially the bathroom. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the stay there, and it's even a fair price for what you get. The breakfast was delicious and you will find everything what's needs. Highly recommended 👌🏽

Mattress was a little too soft for me but that's just my taste and some balcony furniture would be great.

Comfortable spacious rooms with balconies, clean and well equipped. Comfortable huge beds! Excellent breakfast with a very good selection of warm and cold food, salads and beverages. Very comfortable spacious, safe and accessible parking. Easy to reach the city-center (bus stop right in front of the hotel with bus arriving every 5 min till very late hours). Quite silent district - noise is not disturbing even if balcony door is open. Friendly helpful staff.

Room doors, furniture and carpets are a bit old, with signs of past "adventures".

The room is spacious and clean. The room is also quiet. The fitness center is convenient and has what you need. The breakfast buffet was so good with a lot of varieties. It was a good value for money.

The location is a little bit far from SBahn and Ubahn and you need to take bus to get to Frankfurt south station or Konstabler Wache. Some buses stop their service by 8 or 9 PM. The ironing room was not that good, it is easier to have irons delivered to the rooms whenever needed.

We stayed over the weekend as a stopover for a flight Sunday noonish. During such time, rates are pretty good for this town and the size and comfort of the rooms. Location is out of the city, but there are a number of buses running from a bus stop across the street with a fairly short ride to Sachsenhausen or across the Main. There are no 24h tickets in Frankfurt, but day tickets are still cheaper than two tickets for a two-way trip. Rooms are fairly spacious, and also the bath room, which even has enough room for a bath tub. WiFi is good.

Placement of the bath tub handles is a bit awkward. The mattresses feel cheap with prominent springs. For those who want to use this place a springboard to the airport and to get a good sleep before a long flight: Expect many other guests to be here for the same reason. Many of those guests will have an earlier flight, which means a lot of door noise at times when you still want to sleep. Card-operated hotel doors like those here can not be closed silently, they will snap instead.

Excellently comfortable and spacious rooms as well as warm, pleasant, clean and with good facilities. In case you are also in one of the higher floors the view is simply stunning! I would definitely visit again due to the comfort of the rooms!

The entrance lobby, the bar terrace and in general the common spaces interior design are poorly designed, look rather "second"-order and are not welcoming to the guest nor pleasant. As you enter as a guest you rather have a feeling of entering a hospital, which is rather bad for a hotel. In contrast the rooms are aesthetically consistent and very pleasant, very welcoming.
