The double room was very cozy, good-sized, and most importantly, very clean. and it was a great option for short stay. The location is in a good neighborhood, also close to Frankfurt Sud Station(around 15 min by foot) a little bit further from the center and central station, but you can easily get there via various means of transportation i.e. tram, bus etc. There is also supermarket Aldi close by. Overall, we would love to come back to stay again and even for longer if we are back to Frankfurt.

Not necessarily bad, but we didn't expect that they would require a deposit of 50 euros. It might be because we stayed there 1 night only. But it was just unexpected and first-time experiencing this.

Nice rooms, nice spacious bathroom, friendly staff. The staff are really forthcoming and give excellent tips on how to get most of your stay and get around the city. Everything was very clean, and you get new towels every day. The Bar at the Rooftop has an amazing view of the city skyline. The sunsets are incredible, and the cocktails are very tasty. The hotel seems very safe, the elevator takes you to the rooms only if you scan your keycard.

If i had to knit pick- the only negative thing was that the hotel is directly next to the rails, so you can hear the trains sometimes in the night, but it wasn't bad.

This was a great little boutique hotel, with a (very) comfortable bed, modern amenities, an elevator (which seems to be hard to find in Germany?), on-site parking, and a nice, top-floor bar and restaurant. Overnight parking was affordable and the decorations were elegant, the drinks were good, and so was the breakfast. We never left the hotel once we arrived. The room looked VERY much like the room in the photo (ours was even bigger).

Being across the street from a train crossing that functioned all night made it so that i needed to use ear plugs. It also meant that leaving the neighborhood was difficult as the crossing closes about 7 minutes before a train even shows up. The parking garage had awkward metal ramps--I couldn't figure out why these were employed, but my rental car with parking assist mostly REFUSED to climb the ramp. It was a challenge as my car would automatically brake and then lost traction on the metal once i did get onto the ramp.

The location was convenient. It was nice and quiet. The food was great. Rooms are very small but comfortable.

One of the reception team was very helpful but another was less helpful: t card machine was not working when my colleague checked out and, even though she had provided card information at checking, she was held at reception and told she could not leave until payment had been taken. She risked missing her train. Afterwards we realised the payment had been taken twice. This was then quickly corrected by the hotel so it ended fine but it was a stressful experience for my colleague.

Breakfast was great, tasty bacon and very good selection. Was generally very clean and well presented, I liked the nice touch of a free drink voucher if opt not to have room cleaned - a nice idea!

Had to leave a 150 Euro deposit, which hasn't yet been refunded (3 days later) but they responded quickly on booking.com when I queried and said should come through soon. Was fridge, but not minibar so couldn't easily grab a drink or snack in room. Bed was 2 singles, not a proper double - kept falling down the gap!

I booked two rooms, a triple and the suite, to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. They were both great. The suite is amazing and has many amenities.

Breakfast was a total ripoff (28€ was certainly not worth it). We had a problem with the jacuzzi - the water temperature was 42°C in a hot summer day. They couldn’t fix it so we had to turn it off to cool down. The extra bed in the triple room was a hard couch, very uncomfortable. There were also hair and dogs fur on the blanket that decorated the bed.

It was really clean and pretty. The staffs was really good and I really like the location. It is far from the area polluted by noise so you will find it quiet and my room has a nice window open to great view of the city. I recommend to get the room with its delicious breakfast, the breakfast is including wide range of delicious and amazing foods.

I did not find anything inconvenience. The location was a little far from the city center but if you know how to take train then it would be easy to reach the city center.

I liked following things of the hotel 1. Parking 2. The staff at the reception was excellent. Very helpful and provides right instructions 3. Rooms are specious and the beds were comfortable 4. Check-in and Check-out process was vary smooth 5. The painting in rooms and hallway were nice

I would request the hotel to provide an option to reserve a parking spot. This will really help the guests who are driving across countries and staying in the hotel.

A great hotel. Comfortable, modern room with a mini fridge and fresh bottled water provided every day. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar is a wonderful place to have a drink and watch the sun set over the Frankfurt skyline. It’s really easy to get to from the airport by bus. Take the x61 and get off at the South station, then it’s an easy 10 to 15 minute walk. We walked into Frankfurt from the hotel. It took about 25 minutes and there are lots of good bars, cafes and restaurants along the way. It’s also easy to get to the Deutchebank Stadium on the bus. It takes around 15 minutes. All this and such a great price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing staff so helpful nothing was too much trouble evening food was good Bar staff again were fantastic and very engaging there was also an outside terrace and as it was on the 6th floor some great views, some nights they have a DJ. Just Superb

No proper Tea just coffee the hotel is not on its own we stayed at another hotel before leaving Frankfurt again no proper Tea so I suggest you take your own Tea bags. The bed for me was a little uncomfortable but I am fussy
