It's a basic hotel, where you get exactly what you see. It's clean, offers comfortable beds & air-conditioned rooms. Located close to a tube station for anyone wishing to visit the city centre. The self-service check-in process is straightforward and the hotel is pet-friendly. The rooms are well-isolated, so if you close the window, you can sleep peacefully with no unwanted sounds bothering you. A nice restaurant is within a walking distance (and a McDonald's just across the street for those who prefer cheaper options). Very friendly and helpful staff during the front desk opening hours.

Just to be hypercritical, the elevator was a bit small, which is not a problem, unless there're plenty people checking in at the same time. Breakfast could be somewhat more varied, but that's not a major problem either.

For a budget hotel, absolute top marks. Room included air con, an openable window, TV, hair dryer and shower and hand gel. Breakfast is continental, same every day but if you want, you can pop across the road to McDonalds. The location is super convenient for the tram straight into the old town too and tghe wifi works fine.

Basic house keeping with the change of the bin and another toilet roll on the 2nd day. Nothing else.

This Düsseldorf B&B hotel is located in a very strategic location. Travellers can easily reach out the place by taking U-Bahn or Bus service.

The pillow is simply too soft. Also, there is no warm water offered by the hotel.

As always with B&B hotels, a very smooth stay with clean and stylish interior, as well as a solid breakfast.

Just a small point: As opposed to other B&B hotels, upon request I was not offered the option of storing my bicycle overnight in a safe room inside the hotel. So I just left it at the parking place beside the hotel, which was also fine

Value for money, clean interior, free private parking, air conditioning, soap, shower gel and shampoo provided, vending machines and reception being nice and cool as well as clean

There is an employee from Syria who is eager to help you how to get to the destination and explain how to take the subway. The service is very good, please commend it.

The room is a bit small, wish there were slippers or a refrigerator

Very clean, free parking on site, few restaurants nearby, fair breakfast, fair price and location close to the office I needed to visit. All the above made me satisfied.

Great rooms and good for a family with kids. No couch but a bunk bed and very comfortable.

After checking in it took a while before the code was working to enter the hotel. We were scared it was not working. It should be mentioned after de checkin procedure.

Location. Very easy to reach both Dusseldorf and Neuss center by subway. Breakfast. Very good and at fair price for adults and children
