staff specially Rahim, he was very supportive and helpful, his response and cooperation to return my lost suitcase was extraordinary

Room was really nice because we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. So plenty of space. Also liked the coffee and thee in the room Swimming pool is not huge but fine

Didn’t like the shower in the bath and no separate shower. Slippery like this. Also breakfast is really expensive at 19 euro each. You can walk to the nearby shopping center and get it much cheaper there. Also parking costs are too high at 22 euro per 24 hrs. Free across the road Sauna was broken and couldn’t be used

We explained our situation to the staff that our breakfast on the first day can be charged as 19 euros (I think), the before 9pm price, and the staff said yes, but it wasn't applied in the end for some reasons. Miscommunication I believe. No toothbrushes and toothpastes, I don't know if it's how it works in Europe though. No salmon in breakfast (just think it would be nicer imo).

Good hotel for quick stop of the main highway from Netherlands. Easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Nice view of river and greenery, to rest your eyes on. Clean room, bed could be more comfortable, but ok for 1 night sleep.

We missed out on the dinner, as kitchen closed during our check-in at 9.55pm. This is common theme in Germany, however, it is not acceptable in 4* business hotel.

It’s a 4 star hotel and in general we are happy with our stay here. Design of room, beds, the city view, SPA looks nice but we had no time to try it.

Although the room was really clean, bathroom could be better cleaned. There was calc traces on the tub and on the marble tiles, and lot of dust on power socket. The door of the room has a gap so we could hear the people going trough corridor. Some neighbors had a noisy music in rooms so we could hear that too.

I booked the wrong date and when I came to the reception they told me my dates are next month. Fortunately, they were able to help me and change the reservation for me! By the way, there is a big mall behind the hotel you can walk to, very close!

Nice clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. plenty of parking in the area around the hotel. Under the hotel limited and expensive.

In the first room was a nearly constant beeping sound from the bathroom. in the second room you could hear water valves opening and closing from the neighbors. Diner menu is very limited in choice.

Very comfortable beds and great bathroom. Good location for trains and such. Big room, with armchair, big TV and desk

We found a sock from and an invoice for the previous guest. A/C dial was not working and hair dryer is too weak for drying long hair

The Crowne Plaza hotel in Dusseldorf is a very good hotel, with a nice room and good bathroom. The breakfast has many options and we loved the swimming pool. Outside you can stroll alongside the Rhine to have a beautifull walk.

The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, clean and very nice, the breakfast was very good

Going up to the 16th floor via an auxiliary lift was not very fast, it is hard to find a restaurant around at a walking distance
