Room was really spacious and clean. Interior was also very nice. Highly recommended for small families with one or two kids. I guess due to off peak time (during week days) it was really quite as there are few guests. May be due to location as it is surrounded by mainly office buildings and a little far from down town.

The parking site is the basement of hotel building and is really expensive like 15 euro per night. Though there are free public parking spaces available nearby. The reception staff was nice but the lady at breakfast lounge was a bit rude as she won't let us have the coffee from machine even it is 2 minutes above the closing time. Anyway no hard feelings but a little courtesy is needed towards your guests.

the hotel is inflexible. we decided to leave one day earlier and they did not negotiate the last night (refunding or offering another day to use). additionally they offer to include the parking lot as one time payment, considering all days, however, as we decided to leave earlier they were not able to remove the last day of parking, then we have to pay full. last thing: there is a over night price however to many additional costs separately: parking lot, pet, breakfast, etc…in the end, the cost is the same with other hotels.

The staff were very helpful. they don't officially do early check-ins but accommodated me because of my flight times. breakfast spread was exceptional. The room was a simple form follows function design, which I like, and everything worked perfectly (although the shower adjustments took some figuring out for aNorth American, lo)l.

The only drawback was out of the hotel's control - it had previously been somewhat well known with a different name, so it confused some taxi drivers.

Very good facilities. Big, comfortable rooms and helpful, kind personnel! A bit far away from the city center, but still it is situated in a nice region and with comfortable public transport nearby. Totally recommend it.

The only think missing is a small fridge in the room. I also personally enjoy a more equipped gym, but that is almost too much to ask from a regular hotel gym.

The front desk and service staff have a good attitude, the room is clean and hygienic, the location is convenient, the breakfast is very good, with a variety of varieties, because the stay is during the exhibition, the price is much higher than usual, but it is worth recommending!

I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the suite it felt like a small apartment but then without kitchen which was really nice. The location is also pretty easy to reach with both U-bahn and car and the check in-staff was really friendly.

The plug in the bath wasnt working to well so you needed to refill constantly but that isn't even that bad of an issue

Check-in and check-out times are a bit weird. You can check in only from 15:00 on, but you are requested to leave the room before 12:00. Later check-out may be theoretically possible, but still it is not very logical and convenient in my opinion.

The room was superb and spacious. Perfectly clean and well maintained. Had no issues with the wifi connection to work. The location was good for my company trip, with the tram across the street to connect to the city center and 15min ride to the airport.

Toiletries could have been provided in the room, I had to ring reception to get a toothbrush as I forgot mine.

for a customer visit, this hotel is perfectly located. Walking distance, short distance to go downtown for dinner, ll perfect. Location is the number one feature of this hotel

The elevator needs a review, it is a bit scary to enter it because the doors make very funny noises when closing.
