Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast. Fantastic room. We were surprised to find a clear, glass section of the wall between the bathroom shower and the main room. Makes for a great show!! I bit trendy for younger folk perhaps, but not necessarily needed for us older folk. Nevertheless, the room was fantastic, as would be expected rom the Raddison name. It was a few blocks from the waterfront and main walking streets, but that kept us away from the very crowded main tourist areas while still being within reasonable walking distance. About 5 min walk away from the Rheinturm. Right next door to Okinii. The location makes it easy to get to while avoiding the downtown traffic.

Parking was right under the hotel, but definitely designed for smaller cars. I would not recommend taking a full size car or SUV into it. Overall, however, there was nothing to not like.

The receptionist (Ellie?) was fantastic. Informed me that my room would be at a certain floor with the iron/ironing room ready as per my request. Have stayed in many hotels under loyalty memberships but most never bother to read the soecial requests that have been filled during reservation. The other receptionist handling my check out was also very helpful and friendly.

Room could do with some relifting. Not sure why the corridors smelled a bit.

The property was ideally suited for the areas we wanted to visit. Very nice by the waterfront. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Room was great for the most part. Certainly comfortable and well appointed.

Some fixtures and odds and ends were very cheap. The faucets for both sinks in the bathroom room were loose and wobbly. Cheap materials that are not holding up well. A little disappointing given what was being charged for the room.

We like the view and the spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, we love the hitting floor in the bathroom, everything clean, and the breakfast it was superb. Also, it is near to public transport, and we can park in the hotel parking (you need to pay for this), but we can charge our electric car there, and it is more accessible and comfortable for us. (And if you are enjoying architecture is a close walk to the Frank Gehry buildings and other works)

Maybe a few persons in the crew, it was awkward for us.

Hotel and the location are perfect, nice and very clean. the facilites are as described in the page. Breakfast is very nice and enough. you have variety of food to choose.

I didn’t like the design of the bathroom and the glass door that can’t be closed hermetically. However it is due to design, it’s nice and clean and have all the facilites and amenities you need in order you have forgotten something.

Nice location its very near to Rhine tower, 25 minutes walk to the city center and the service in the hotel is very friendly! Spacious rooms,top city view and delicious breakfast. Thank you very much team for the wonderful stay and nice welcome! I would definitely recommend this hotel when you are planning your next city trip!

Good location if you need to leave the city in the morning and do not want to stand in traffic, as it is quite easy to reach a motorway and quite close to the city center as well (20 minutes walking). The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast war rich and diversified.

The entrance to the garage is a disaster. It is so narrow, that probably most cars are scrapped while reaching it. Unfortunately the Mini Bar was empty.

Everything was great. Rooms have enough space to play with 2 small kids. Everything was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast - it was above our expectations. We also visited the bar and there was quite good wines, but not so many warm dishes: pizza / burger / quiche Parking is also in the same building - was quite easy to access the car.

Big room, comfortable matress and a well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from and a cart.

Glass wall between bathroom and the rest of the room.we cant control the temperature. the room had a coffee machine, but the staff didn’t refill the pods past our second day.

Nice rooms ,bathrooms and position of the property Staff was super helpful and friendly from the receptionist to the Barman

Gym room was too small and NO weights or rubber mats . Quality of the breakfast cold meats and cheeses were average .
