To arrive at a hotel room and find that everything has been thought of, a place For everything, mirrors where needed, comfortable bed and great pillows and sheets, shower with plenty of hot water and ample! Well designed, breakfast offered enough and good quality products. Staff was kind and helpful. Good we Will Come Back and will recommend it !

Would have love salmon at breakfast time…parking to get there was a challenge this time. Next time we will know better.

I really loved the location. Very close to the city center, 5-7 minutes walking distance to every visitor attraction was a great advantage. Good breakfast with a great variety of things to eat. And the staff was extraordinary. They were helpful, kind and most welcoming. I strongly recommend this place.

The only disadvantage is a "shape" of hotel. Lobby and reception desk is in one part of the building and rooms are located above a shop. Publicly opened staircase you need to climb up to get to the private zone of hotel rooms is something I disliked. The architect had "a vision".

This is our 2nd stay. Breakfast as always was excellent. Hotel Staff friendly, the breakfast staff remembered us! Now we have found you, you are our, 'must stay at hotel' in Münster, so accessible for the Altstadt. Can't be bettered.

Just a slightly larger room next time please. Room was tight this visit betwixt bed and bedside table, but not the end of the world.

We had a room with access to the executive lounge which was good. Nice coffee machine there and drinks - snacks in the morning and evening. Rooms had good light and lovely high ceilings. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Great location on the edge of the old town and not to far from the station.

More shelves and hanging space for clothes

Great location. Junior suite rooms were excellent and we enjoyed making use of the access to the executive lounge. Very good choice at breakfast. Hotel Reception and room floors access from the car park was very helpful for checking in and unloading luggage.

The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main shopping area of Munster. At €13, the buffet breakfast is excellent value. There was an excellent choice of things to eat including warm dishes. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was too warm for comfortable sleeping. The temperature was difficult to regulate. The room allocated had only one chair for two persons. There was a 'Fat Boy', but that was difficult to get out of once seated. As we were only staying one night I didn't bother to ask for an additional chair.The pillows were too soft to provide adequate neck support. Will bring my own pillow next time.

Room was excellent - had a suite which was very large. Staff were friendly and very pleased that it had an underground car park - I hadn't seen this on the website.

Some mainteance issues - air conditioning didn't work very well, particularly in bedroom and bedside light didn't work. The bed was also a bit soft (subjective opinion)

Since the hotel located directly in down town, there are noise from people walking/talking around from outside at late night if you open the window, so it might be annoyed if you need absolute silence for sleeping.

Check-in was fast. Breakfast had good breads and a wide variety of tee. Bedcover was warm. Location is great. There is a umbrella in the room.

Bed pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows didn't keep its shape when the head was on it, and the pillow became too thin immediately. I couldn't sleep well because of the pillows. There are no cotton swabs in the bathroom. The desk is too small. Is ok as a surface to put things on, but is not appropriate to work.

Staff was super super friendly awesome breakfast perfect location (best location in Münster)

I have only one complain: the smell of the carpet. when I opened the door of the room, I had a headache for a while because even tough the room was clean, the bed was obviously fresh made, the carpet probably was washed long time ago, so was smelling like a place that was closed for awhile.
