Right within the airport. Reception staff very helpful. Nice size room. Comfortable bed.

When I arrived in my room my bed didn’t have any pillows on, but there were pillows sitting on a shelf but with no pillowcases on. I went down to reception and told them and they apologised and the problem was quickly rectified. But for a 4 star hotel it was a bit bad……I guess the cleaner who was preparing my room must have been called away or just forgotten. The shower was in the bath and the sides of the bath were quite high, so I found it difficult to get in, but once in the shower was good.

Hotel is located across the street from the airport, making it a great overnight stay for early flights. The rooms are spacious and well isolated.

We booked a superior king room 5 days before our trip, yet on arrival they didn't have any such room available. They tried to convince us to take a superior twin room as some kind of upgrade. When insisting that we want a double bed, they showed us a classic queen. After saying that we will have to contact Booking regarding this, they finally agreed to clean the room we booked and made us wait for 45 min (note that this occurred between 22:00-23:30 so they had plenty of time to do that during the day). The rest of the stay was ok.

We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, because we had to turn in a rental car. We deeply appreciated the fact that we were able to check in early.

Our only suggestion regards our morning departure. We had to catch an early flight and had to check in for the flight at 4 am before the schduled time for breakfast. At previous stays at your hotel, bread and cheese that we could take with us were available near the reception desk. It would be really nice for that to be available for those who have to leave before your scheduled breakfast.

Proximity to the airport, very convenient. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food ordered at the bar was excellent, nicely prepared and tasty. Our room was clean and comfortable. Price point fair, good value.

As is common with most hotels, wash basin did not hold water but drained after filling. It would be nice to have a washbasin that held and drained water efficiently. Light switches a bit difficult to workout but not any significant problem.

A very short walk outside the terminal building. Very clean, modern hotel - with exceptionally friendly staff. Metro station outside the door. Perfect for a late arrival, and even perfect for staying in Nuremberg as its only 20 mins from the Hbf on the U-bahn. Definitely more of a comfort hotel than the typical airport hotel, and the staff have time and the culture to interact informally with the guests.

NOTHING could be better

The staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming... I brought a guest with me to my room to stay, so they took extra 20€ for that .. The coffee machine didn't work in my room.. but the bar was for free.. so we got other drinks... Very clean and comfy, great location for travelers.... it took me 2 min to go to the airport, walking 🤩.. I recommend this hotel, and I will stay there in my future trips to Nuremberg...

Rooms very clean. Staff very nice.

Beds very small for 2 people. Parking/check in situation not good. Right after pulling in, in front of the hotel, there was someone there to ticket our car. There should be a 10-20 minute grace time to check in and find out where the parking is before someone is running to ticket the vehicle.

The convenience of this hotel cannot be beat. We turned in our rental car, walked to the hotel for the night and walked directly across the street to the airport.  The room was clean and comfortable with no outside noise. My very favorite part about this hotel was the breakfast.  It was a wonderful last meal in Germany. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location if you have a flight the next day. The hotel is literally across the street from the check in desk at the airport. This means you can drive there the day before and enjoy a relaxing evening without the stress of missing your flight.Unfortunately we had an early flight and didn't get to try the breakfast, but passing by the restaurant in the morning it looked really good.

The proximity of this property to the front door of the airport is unparalleled. Staying here puts the hassle factor of getting to the airport at zero. Location simply cannot be beat. Front desk staff are on the short list of the best I've seen. Flawless English and a penchant for finding a way to say 'yes' to almost any request.

because I'm a cheapskate at heart, I cannot avoid commenting on the room price. It's high and there's no way to sugarcoat that. It's offset, however, if you choose to stay elsewhere and take a taxi to the airport.
