The rooms that I chose , first a double big room we had it was spacious enough, especially with the kids. Everything clean. It's just that the room seems to be old enough without restoration for a long time. So, I would recommend that they do some small restoration and repair the things that are too old already. The sink for example was with scratches. But iust say this wasn't the first we went there. We were there before in November 2023 I can see that on the 3d floor they already did some renovation. Our second room was on the 3d floor exactly the same that we had in November. So rooms are clean. In the night is quiet. The parking is just 5 euro. They have their parking lot, but it's not too big, so better call in advance and say that you need one. Breakfast 9.90 euro /person. Very good breakfast with all that you need. Fruits and vegetables. Lactose free milk etc. We are satisfied. And if we go again we will just choose the family suite because it's more new and we like also visually to see new and not old stuff. Recommend it with kids. The family suite if you choose ,you can choose the one we're there is an extra room were the door closes and there are two bunk beds.

The hotel is located in calm residential part of the town, subway station is about 200 meters and there is also bus station. Airport is 10 min away by car. Historical oldtown and Castle is not far away, about 20 minutes walk. You can park your car on the street for free, there are no parking zones yet or use paid hotel parking lot. Hotel is clean and staff friendly. Breakfest is standard continental. In my opinion this hotel has great price/value ratio. If you like jogging there is also nice park near by.

The hotel is okay. It's not anything extremely special, but it's clean, quiet, and decent. We didn't use the breakfast service. There is parking in the yard, which we used, but on the last night, there was no space, so we parked in front of the hotel. The surroundings are calm and safe, and there's always a parking spot available.

Hotel is expensive, but it looks like all hotels in Nurnberg are expensive.

Breakfast was really nice. Easy access from the motorway yet quick public transport into city centre. Easy free parking in street. Nice bathroom Complimentary Haribo

The room is too warm in the summer, even if a fan was provided The German-style pillows aren't always great for international travellers The view from the room was not great Smoke entered the room via a terrace nearby

Everything else was great Angelika lady at the reception was extremely helpful and professional so well done to her for been prompt and professional at her job

Parking is an issue unless u park on the street at your own risk also difficult to find place even on the street

The room was small but clean, with a mini fridge.We thought the parking was free but we were charged with 5 euros per day at the hotel's parking because there were no free spaces in the public area around the hotel.There was not a ramp to help with carrying the luggage.The old town was about 25-30 minutes on foot.

I consider it was expensive for what it provided ( 99 euros for a double room with the parking fee,no breakfast included)

We had stayed here before and were excited to see that the Cristal was available for our travel dates. Beautiful room with enough space for our family of four. Friendly staff (reception, cleaning breakfast). Excellent and reasonably prized breakfast buffet. Parking lot in the back very convenient. Great location next to subway station and with stores and restaurants within a block or two. Will stay here again!!

Breakfast was delicious, so much variety and always best German quality of all the products! Hotel Cristal amazes me all the time with his cleanliness, politeness of the staff and good services offered. We’ve been using this hotel for the last 5 years in our trip in Europe. We’ll always use it .

Everything is perfect! Nothing wrong.

- Lack of soundproofing between rooms led to audible disturbances. - The shower head was unstable and required manual support during use.

Overnight stay in Nuremberg to get to the airport the next day. Great location for getting to airport on the metro - the station is just around the corner and then it is less than 10 minutes ride. Generously sized room (twin room), good bathroom, no problems whatsoever! Very good value for money

Not the most beautiful part of town (more residential and therefore not many restaurants in the area), but for our purpose it was ideal.
