It was super clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Good value for money and very comfortable.

The parking should have been explained better as we needed to leave our car in the street as their car park was full. It’s inside of the city so I understand but just let people know before they book as we needed safe car parking. Breakfast was a little inadequate as there was not much choice especially for kids.

Underground parking, very good breakfast, good location close to the city center. The room was small but cozy and cleverly designed. (Great steak and burger place just across the street named Beef Republic.)

Personnel didn't speak English much and some of them seemed to be "burnt out". Room cleaning happens only if you ask for it the day before, which is a great eco approach, but the service didn't work properly and no cleaning happened on the prearranged day (and not only for our room), the cleaning lady came the next day when we were already leaving.

Nicely decorated room, very comfortable bed. Everything looks really new and stylish.

The street that it's close to is noisy. If you close the windows you don't hear anything, but since the airconditioning was also very loud we chose to open the window instead. So that was a slight negative, but really not a big deal. :)

The location is ok. The staff is very helpful and friendly; most of them spoke English fluently. The room wasn't really cleaned during my staying but the floor map was changed daily. The cost was very affordable. The food was all right.

The location is ok; however, it is across the street from a bar, and a video game place, which got a little loud late on weekend. The breakfast at first was great until it wasn't. Eating exactly the same thing for 12 days was exhausting :)

A new hotel (built at 2019) - everything is new. Good location in center of the city. There are numerous places to dine in walking distance.

Extremely basic. There is no safe in room, there is no heater in bathroom to dry clothing. We had two connected rooms (second one for our small kids). We wanted to keep the door between us open to watch our kids - but the door had a very tight spring - it kept closing unless we will put there something heavy to keep it open - very annoying.

the property is very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and especially there is a bearded guy and he is awesome. forgot to ask his name. middle of the night I found out that the common door for the neighboring room was unlocked . Told him and he immediately came and locked it.

parking condition could’ve been better. I had to pay for parking the next day from 09:00 AM onwards.

The breakfast buffet was very good. So many different choices! I stayed for four days and there was something different and yummy every day. Gluten free, dairy free, and even vegan choices. The staff was also very helpful. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that each room had its own climate control.

Very friendly people. We could park our bicycles safely in the closed underground garage of the hotel. There is very good airconditioning, which is a blessing during this heat wave. Very clean room and bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet.

Rooms were a decent size and felt comfortable. The chocolates on the bed were a nice touch. The charging facilities for EVs were useful.

The staff member on duty when we arrived was rude and not particularly helpful.

Breakfast was fine, although we were a bit late and there fore some food like croissants were not available anymore. The room was spacious enough and the beds were good as well. The temperature was a bit high in the room but overall it was a good experience. Also secured parking was available and no problem to enter. There is a good burger restaurant on the other side of the street we went to for dinner.
