The parking was fantastic! Secure Private garage under the building. Staff super friendly and welcoming Room was lovely, clean and comfortable Clothes shop opposite open till 10, great if hiking during your trip. Petrol station next door, so fuel is easy. Reception looks beautiful and has ice cream and a jewellery selection. And has use of a mini fridge to keep food and drinks chilled Plus a free fizzy water

Nothing. It was perfect for the night stay, after a 14 hour drive. Everything was great.

Location was on the outskirts of Pforzheim, very easy to find. Free under ground parking for the motorbikes. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We were made aware of free drying facilities for our extremely wet motorcycle clothing. Staff were very friendly and answered any questions we asked of them. A little bar downstairs to enjoy a cool beer after a long days riding. A restaurant is attached the hotel, good choice of local dishes and reasonably priced.

A large group of school children were staying at the same time, they found it quite amusing to keep playing in the elevators. Kids will be kids, little sods.

Good, safe and inexpensive parking. Took my dog Near motorway Large room.

Smells of cigarette smoke. Blackout blinds did not meet in the middle, had to stretch them and use a peg to close a 50 cm gap. Not very sound proof, my room was facing a 4 lane street and even though the street was generally quiet I could definitely hear boy racers going up and down. I was thankfully too exhausted from 12 hour drive to be too bothered though.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were really excellent. Good food and willingness to adapt to guest needs. Location is really good with lovely views all around. The surprise to me was the great cycling related facilities such as the bike washing facilities, bike rooms including drying of cycling boots (same as used for ski boots in winter), bike workbench and tools, washing machine and dryer for guests to use. Perfect.

The hotel was lovely and clean with all the facilities you could need. Parking in the underground car park is very handy. The lady at reception and also the lady serving breakfast were very helpful, thanks for your hospitality.

The hotel cannot help this, but the area is not great if you want a quiet night sleep. There was shouting in the street all night until 6AM when we had to get up. I get the feeling that is a regular occurrence and not just a one off incident.

Very clean hotel. Good atmosphere, small but cosy bar in the lobby and indoor entrance to the neighbouring Italian restaurant (great food!). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice parking garage underneath the hotel. Breakfast very good! Big rooms

Rooms were very well kept and in good condition, but slightly outdated

I have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. The staff are superb, breakfast superb, situation very close to the A8 is great and the parking garage is safe and cheap. The attached Italian restaurant is inexpensive and very good. However there are many fast food outlets and other restaurants nearby.

Rooms a good, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed(s) and good toilet facilities are good apart from old fashioned showers. The Staff are exceptionally helpful & friendly. The Restaurant for breakfast is well appointed with a good selection of fare on offer. The car parking facilities are first class and very secure. Access from to Autobahn in simple and just 2 minutes to the hotel. Overall a very good Hotel Residenz which I will continue to use.

Have always had tea making facilities in room, but this time were told the facility is only for deluxe rooms ( we had superior) We have always booked superior and always had tea making use until now. Also the hotel would do well to have a room(s) adapted for disabled ( the shower access can be difficult. A makeover/ modernisation would be good now I feel.

it was comfortable and staff was really friendly and helpful! Location was perfect as I had an appointment at the Arcus clinic early next morning.

I would have liked to have a kettle to make tea in my room, but then the bar was open 24 hours so that was great.

As a regular client this is a place well worth a visit

Head office too intrusive with requesting unnecessary and dangerous requests about passports, asking to send scanned pictures, totally needless when they have passport details.
