The breakfast was superb. There was so much choice and a lot of healthy options. The home made bread was delicious and the service very attentive. It was lovely to relax, looking out over a beautiful, tranquil valley. Our sizeable balcony also enabled us to enjoy the countryside, even though it was not warm enough to sit out for long. The room was very clean and comfortable and the shutters enabled us to have the room completely dark, which helped our excellent nights sleep. The staff were kind and helpful and spoke English. They booked a table for us at a local restaurant

It's a lovely hotel by the road. A perfect rest for those traveling in business. Delicious breakfast with coffee served by a friendly owner. Very comfortable beds, quality bathroom equipment with hot water and good water pressure. Clean and tidy. Traditional outfit of the rooms but all properly set to do some extra office work. And this morning view form the window! Schwarzwald in its beauty. I will definiately come back.

The room and bathroom was nice and clean, the pictures didn't lie. The view outside was amazing and the breakfast was very good. Friendly staff as well.

You do need a car to get to the nearby village to get dinner and the hotel is next to a busy road, so not ideal to walk to town. The road didn't bother us during the night though, it was a very quiet room.

Very clean hotel, in a quiet area but next to a lot of villages. Very nice staff. The place is amazing, you go out of the hotel and you can immediately start a walk in the forest. Breakfast is excellent. Quality price ratio is very good too. It is a very romantic place that can work for families too : our daughter received a very nice welcome, the baby’s bed was very comfortable too.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is fairly easy to find. On site parking for a few cars. Reception efficient, friendly and good explanation of what to expect. Room spacious and quiet. All modcoms on had including coffee/tea. Shower room neat and clean, good hot water. Beds very comfortable. The room had a very nice balcony with views of the stream and the opposite Forrest. Breakfast buffet is extensive and good. A place to bear in mind.

When other guests arrived late evening there was a lot of chatter clomping up the stairs and in the corridor.

Room was large, spotless and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the stream in the valley slightly below the level of the hotel and the bathroom was a proper bathroom with a bath. The facilities were exactly as expected or better - complely different to a well known chain hotel we left behind in Dover that morning. Maybe the Hackermuhle/Business Class is a chain too but it seemed to be run proprietorily. Breakfast was a very good continental standard with plenty of choice. It would be wrong to put anything in the did not like category...so this is just a remark to say that it was chosen to be a little out of the way on a journey south. However, it is also separate from Teifenbronn itself. Dinner can only be had in the town. The recommended Ochnsen Post couldn't accomodate us without a booking, so we went to the Sportplatz which was fine. The walk to the town involved a steep scramble through the forest and a return by torchlight... helpfully supplied by the hotel. It just added to the experience. You could take a longer route or a car.

The hotel is located in the heart of the back forest, with a nice view from a large balcony facing a creek. The room was big and clean and with a very nice large bathroom, with toilette in a separate room. Bed was comfy.

Nothing I really did not like, just the wifi was not working in the room.

Very convenient right on the main road but amongst lovely countryside. Our room was at the back with a big balcony overlooking a river and meadow ,it was very quiet and peaceful. plenty of free parking right next to the entrance . complimentary water but no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was fantastic , high quality and plenty of choice. Very clean.

No safe or mini bar and the pillows were really awful , so flat and really need replacing I had a dreadful nights sleep as couldn’t get comfortable . you have to drive to get to a restaurant but they aren’t that far.

Stayed over for one night on a trip down south. Perfect quietly located at meadows and a small creek. Rooms weren't super fancy or anything, but they have everything you need, it was clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel is in good shape with nice interior. The real highlight is the breakfast buffet, with so many delicious extras beyond what you can expect to get from a normal breakfast. Also, the lady servicing at the breakfast room there was super kind and helpful. For breakfast and staff more than 10 points!!!

Nothing, really. Unless you would expect to stay somewhere "downtown", then this is not the place for you.

What a gem! Close to the highway, in a beautiful quiet valley along a stream. Clean, big rooms (with a kettle, yaay!) and friendly staff. The breakfast was truly wonderful, with home made breads & jams, lots of choices.

Nothing to dislike!
