Size of the room, the bathroom was excellent.The bed and the pillow were super great..Excellent sleep. Staff was pleasant and informative. Price for the room was ok comared to all the rest that were availlable in the city.

Expensive breakfast..you can get more than twice cheaper breakfast in the bistro (Marie..I think it was called) on the corner of the opposite building from the hotels front door. A little far from the old town city centar, yet bus number 5 is taking you there..and to the bahnhof. On the side of the hotel there is a pond with loud frogs.You can hear them on the top floor with open windows.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, near a neat little park with a pond, relatively close to the main shopping mall and the city centre; both can be reached on foot. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the room met our expectations. Big plus for the large and lit parking lot, we had our car packed full with vacation things that we did not carry to our room, since we were only passing through Regensburg, and didn't mind leaving the full car behind at the hotel.

We had full use of the gym and sauna steam room, towels included, amazing experience. Lovely staff, so helpful, although we missed our cuppa tea, ( being English) as could not find us a kettle! Breakfast was superb, so much food, brilliant choices. Overall was spectacular

No kettle unfortunately but only a minor blip. We are English after all, and most of Europe prefer Coffee. The coffee choices were pretty awesome though.

Beautiful room, plenty of space, newly refurbed I understand. Double room , comfy bed, with a sofa and chair area too. TV, kettle, coffee machine, all for a great price. The hotel is on a small area on its own next to a lovely pond, and beyond that there's 2 Chinese restaurants and an Indian restaurant and all have nice seating areas outside. This was perfect for us, as after a long drive we didn't have to walk into the town which is a little way by looks. Perfect for an over night stay or passing through.

Very nice, modern and clean **** hotel in a business area, however easily reachable by bus. Free parking, sauna included in the price, complimentary sparkling water in the room. Excellent quality for the price!

Elevator did not work in the evening on the second day, however fixed and working OK next morning.

1. I stopped every time I pass by travelling across, I like the place and the rooms are modern they got all you need especially in a bathroom 2. PARKING space alot to your car and is for free and safe overnight 3 . Good breakfast as well

I don't understand, a 4-star hotel should have a minibar with some snacks for a fee, soft drinks...a fridge, an electric kettle ,coffee machine...

very conveniently located, a couple of minutes from the Autobahn, very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable room and beds, free on site private parking, also had a bar downstairs where we enjoyed some great German beers, 24 hour reception; very nice and friendly staff

it is a bit far from the city if you want to walk around (45 minute walk from the hotel to the city center), but this did not bother us, as we had not planned for the hotel to have a more central location

Conveniently close to the Piazza where an open air concert was being held which was perfect for me as it was the reason I came to Regensburg. A 40 minute pleasant walk into the old town which is a must see. Hotel parking is in fairly short supply but there are other options available close by to park if you are staying over a weekend. All in all if you need to be based near the Piazza then this hotel is a decent option.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Overall a good experience, would repeat.

To make this comment realistic, I will mention as a negative thing that the restaurant is only open to groups who book it in advance. Thankfully the area is full of options (subway, indian, thai, pizzas...)

The room was a bit on the small side, however it was nicely decorated and furnished with comfortable beds. Very good TV, wifi and also had tea and coffee making facilities, which we were really pleased about. Nice bathroom with a window and poweful shower. Pleasant view onto the small lake. Location very quiet and convenient for local shops and bus into town or short drive by car - parking easy and free. Breakfast was excellent, first day served at table, second as a buffet. Did find the price rather high though.

The bar! What a shambles! First evening: only one bottle of red wine, no choice other than have it or not. But then there was no corkscrew, so it was NOT! Barely any choice of beer. Were however then offered a drink on the house to make up for it, served by receptionist, who was friendly and doing her best. 2nd evening there were proper bar staff in who completely ignored us, didn't even say good evening. They seemed to be busy counting and cleaning glasses. After 15 minutes wait, we asked at the bar if we could be served, got a frosty reply that a colleague would take our order later! Eventually the receptionist helped out and at least the corkscrew had also turned up, but they had run out of pilsner... Felt like a comedy sketch to be honest. It was so unbelievably bad we had to laugh!!!
