we lost our son in the hotel and we need to wait the manager 2 hours to come to check the video system...in this 2 hours we suffer panic attack and no one could support...after 2 hours the manager comes and he immediately found out where the kid was...thx to God the kid was ok...but I don't wish anyone to wait 2 hours for a simple video check...wile their kid could suffer or disappear...the end of story was ok because the kids was accidentally in another room let by the cleaning personal and nothing happen to him. dear Ibis Management, please review your internal policy to be human oriented rather following rigid rules! thank you!

the staff was emphatic and supportive to search for our son...unfortunately rigide rules make us suffer a trauma. pitty! the parking for vehicle with dachbox was not available, the information prior was missing and no guidance how to solve the issue.

Free gym access was provided for the partner gym facility nearby. Absolutely didn't expect it and loved it. Thanks! Also really liked the breakfast, fresh waffles every day. Nice German bread with all the variety: breadrolls, fullcorn , toast, great.

Laundry was ridiculously expensive, so had to use waschsalon. It would be nice to have few washing machines for guests to use for a reasonable price...not 3 euros per sock.

- The hotel is brand new so all amenities are still in perfect shape - The room is quite spacious with a comfy bed and surprisingly spacious shower - Breakfast was basic but still tasty - The hotel is located very close to the city center

- Despite spacious room, the bathroom is small (only one person can fit there at the time) - there's very little space on the sink for your own cosmetics, the water splashes everywhere and there's barely a space to hang all towels to let them dry - There is very little place for luggage and clothing - sufficient if you are staying for couple of days but won't be enough for longer

The location was not as central as the name would suggest, but the centre was not too far a walk away. We didn't take breakfast, only coffee, which was very good. The rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean, beds comfortable. The aircon worked very well, which was important because of the heat wave we experienced during our stay. Altogether a very good stay.

Some staff could have been more courteous... however, the majority were accommodating, friendly, and helpful..

The hotel is a short walking distance from the train station and the downtown area. It is close to bus stops if you chose to take the bus (either bus 1 or 2) into city center. The hotel decor was fresh and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and contained both hot and cold foods. The room air conditioning was very nice especially on a hot summer day😎.

It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room, instead of needing to pay 3.80 euro for a cup. The internet service was strong but you needed to connect each time you wanted to use the internet. The staff were nice but did not give good explanation of how to get to or find things in the city center.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and great coffee, friendly staff (reception/restaurant), beautifully designed and spacious room, easy access from/to parking garage directly with elevator. Please note that your room key card is not meant for the car entrance (gate) to the parking garage - just take a ticket from the machine and ask for an exit card at the reception.

Beautifully designed bathroom but there was no place to put down toiletries or anything else. Only on the edge of the sink. Not very practical. Some shelves would be very helpful - there is enough space in the bathroom :-) A child-bed was reserved for our 2-year-old, but it had not been set up upon arrival. Our child was already sleeping (in the car) so that was a bit inconvenient. Shortly after the hotel staff set up a bed, which was just an extra bed for adults (or older kids), so we put the mattress on the floor and our child could continue to sleep.

A good hotel for short trips, located within walking distance of the center and offering good breakfast. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage and even a charging station for electric cars.

There is a fire station near the hotel, so if you don't have a deep sleep, ask for a room in the inner court.

We had three criteria for booking: dogs allowed, air-conditionning in room and parking. Ibis meeting all these. And is clean, comfortable and convenient at the same time. The staff we interacted with was super nice and helpful.

Not really anything. Bathroom a little small but still functional and has the facilities you need. We only stayed one night and paid eur 15 extra for our dog if this is per night it's a little expensive. But ok if it's a one time fee. Parking is also a little expensive eur 15/24 hrs.

The hotel is very close to the centre of the city, but in a quiet and less busy area. There are a couple of bakeries close by in case you want a treat in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best beds I ever slept in. The shower was very spacious.

A fridge in the room, just for a bottle of water and some fruit, would be great.
