The rooms are very clean and comfy though basic (but we didn't expect anything fancy). Quite central, just 10 minutes walk to the very center of the city, but quiet, had a great sleep after long drive. Absolutely great and inventive breakfast, the selection is not huge, but very good and delicious dishes we weren't expecting to see, a very pleasant change from typical hotel fare. Located in Umwelt zone, so you need a special vignette to park at the hotel's parking, but a huge free public parking is in 10 minutes on the island.

The location was great allowing easy touring of the old city. There was lockup for my bike ( although this was a bit hard to find - mainly because I don’t speak German, and so be sure where the garage is, before heading off). The breakfast was amazing! Best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world!

Sharing a bathroom but I knew that before I booked, and it all worked fine.

No staff on weekend afternoon, there is a phone number in the booking but a robot answers (only in german) and you can not get help from anyone. If you are lucky, then another guest will arrive and maybe will help if can. Fortunatelly the guests are also very kind and helpful to each other.

This is a very good place to stay if you don’t have a lot of money and appreciate the simple things in life! 5 min walk to city centre. 2 min to the river. A great breakfast buffet. Very quiet. Clean. Shared shower and toilet with 4 other guests. No luxury but all in order. Possibility to make tea and a light meal in a small shared kitchen.

I stayed in the “annex” next to the main building and the Wi-Fi didn’t work there.

The area is next to the Danube, facing tradition on one side and the other nested in green. Great location. One would expect this place to be spartan and really basic - it was. Shared bathroom. Nothing fancy, but I was shocked at breakfast when I expected bread, maybe with some butter, but I saw trays of cooked meats, vegetables and fish fit for a 5-star breakfast. And there was even someone smiling there to make my eggs. Wonderful experience with really friendly people working there.

Location is perfect! Very close to the city centre. Easy and quick check-in and check out. Possibility to check-in later. It was very quiet at night. Great breakfast! It was warm in the room at night. In case you will be cold - there is an extra blanket in the wardrobe. Room was specious and clean.

Unfortunately there is no refrigerator in the room. Pillow is very uncomfortable.

Nice accomodation, located close to the historical center of the city. The room was simple, but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent. Tha taff was very kind and ready to help in all situations. I highly appreciated that the staff welcomed me in my spoken language, which was really a nice surprise.

There's a nice breakfast and the staff are friendly. My room was a single. Purpose built and as expected. It was comfortable and the price was right. I love the location too. I'd stay again.

Can't be helped by the facility but the other guests were a bit noisy.

The room is not sound proof, but during the night the whole facility is in silence, it only bothers during the day

Wonderful location, 10 min to the central square, but in a very calm place. Breakfast is really amazing, like a dinner in good restaurant, friendly staff.
