Sweets and water bottles on arrival, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room and reception at the hotel. Spacious rooms.

Not as friendly staff on phone before arrival. Some traffic and pedestrians right outside the window on street level, no problem though during the night with an open window and ear plugs. Armchairs would benefit from a hand protection or deep cleaning in an otherwise clean room.

We have the best room with little seating looking out upon the roundabout. Easy to find and has parking on-site. Restaurants walking distance. Staffs are friendly and nice. Place are very clean. We can have some coffee and tea. Breakfast is simple but good. Good location for taking ferry to Denmark.

Upstairs is only accessible by stairs.

I booked this hotel for one night for my parents who were driving from Travemunde (harbour), Germany, to Belgium. My parents were very pleased with their stay. Clean, good beds, good breakfast and a kind service even my parents did not speak German or English:-) Half an hour drive my Travemunde harbour, handy access.

Hotel location was good, close to an excellent Greek restaurant. Car park was fairly small but we parked ok. The breakfast was typically German, so was perfectly good for us.

Perhaps breakfast could have a little more choice. We had to ask for extra tea and coffee, but this was provided quickly.

The rooms were comfortable and typical of a german hotel in a small town. The lake is a10 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet is rich and the staff is very friendly. The parking space around the hotel was enough for the cars. Lubeck is a 20 minutes drive..

Comfortable beds, nice roomy bathroom, excellent breakfast with lots of choice, friendly staff. Close to great cafe bar down by the lake (5 -10 minute walk)

Great location as a stop on our way to Denmark. Staff was very friendly and helped us in our late check in. Rooms are big and clean. Free parking on site.

The room was big and tidy. We arrived very late after a ferry trip. The hotel was conveniently located and we felt welcome even if the reception was already closed. Entry instructions were clear

Good location, easy to park, good breakfast etc. It's location could be busy during the day, but very quiet during the night. I have stayed here many times during the last years on my way to/back from Germany. Reinfeld is close to Lübeck and Puttgarten ferries.

The hotel is clean and cosy. We had very late check in and everything worked very well even though the reception was not open when arrived to the hotel. Good instructions.

No complains, everything worked very well. If I have to say something, there could be some instructions (especially for guests who have late check in) where you can leave your car if the hotel parking place is full e.g. during the night.
